If you want an explanation, pleas ask! I am passionate about learning, about what is the best/for the cost, and why. I am obsessed with understanding "why." Ask and you will get an answer, likely a lengthy one. Including, where I learned it, and a playlist for you do do your own research (easily) if you want.
I am very sensitive. It was hard for me for a long time, and culminated in chronic fatigue. I had to grow even more sensitive to recognize the difference to be able to pick the "better" product. If you have an invisible illness, save yourself time, and start with my picks, see if they work for you, then go from there. And please ask me why, if you do have an invisible illness.
