The Truth is... You are a Money Magnet

Another series of Magic of Presence has been completed and some amazing manifestations have occurred for everyone in the class including me! <3

The next series' theme is titled Money Magnet.  I am very excited for all of us to attract, increase and/or generate more money in our lives!

Money is actually where my coaching journey began <3  Or even younger... As a child I made up this system of percentages that I applied to my life for the next +15 years.  Later,  MUCH later, I learned that Dave Ramsey had created this system.  But I am still proud of my 12 year old self for rejecting conventional thinking, and being so determined to find a way that I created a system that truly worked for me and everyone that I taught it to.  In telling this story to my coach, she recommended me to look into Money Coaching.  I looked into the program, and less than a week later I was beginning the first class.  On day 1... I was in heaven <3 

It was this ecstatic relief sensation that I knew I was exactly in the right spot.  This is what I was meant to do.  I was good at it, and loved studying.

I had been on the committed personal growth path for a while by the time I got my first certification.  I saw the huge benefits in my own life, but also the positive influence that was happening on the people around me.  I was addicted!  When I first started out, I was especially excited about becoming a Certified Money Coach because I figured, everyone wants more money, so that will attract people to doing the work, and make the world a better place, one person at a time <3

I have since expanded my Coaching Certificates, and eventually will add more certifications to the list; as well as my tools continue to grow.  

Now what I am most passionate about is helping you to win; helping you to transform your life into something that you are in love with.  To some people that will mean more money.  To some people that will mean better relationships with their friends and family, or having a group of friends that you actually feel great to be together, the relationship of your dreams, the career of your dreams, fame, thriving vitality... We are all so unique to our dreams and desires.

But having a bit more money will help you to achieve whatever dream you have ;)  And learning a new way of being to attract, create or generate that abundance, prosperity, or money is exciting, but more importantly it is transformative.  This work is exciting, and fun.

SO, what is your vision of prosperity?
I encourage you to really feel into that, journal about it.

I know there is a lot of chaos going on in the world, but this work changes things.  It changes your experience of life.

Good Bye Sugar,                                                                                          Hello Health, Productivity and Savings!

Lots of us know we should reduce or even eliminate our sugar intake... so.... why don't we?

 Sugar and sweets are so incredibly addictive, and SO  common place.  Our society includes sugar loaded foods in all of our holidays, and its always the center of any get together.  Its so common place that a lot of people don't even know the food they are choosing has sugar in it!

I challenge you to eliminate sugar out of your life for at least 3 months, and you will be amazed at the progress that happens within your life!

I know how painful cutting out sugar can be.  For that reason I personally believe its better to do it over a period of time, for example three months, and to really focus on what you are increasing or replacing.  I do have a systematic approach to making these kind of diet changes.  That I am happy to share with you over a free Chat.

But if you do not want to work with me, there are tons of other people and resources.  Of course you can do it on your own, but with sugar, its much harder.

My journey:
I had massive gut issues, that were really a giant problem.  It really got in the way of me living, and even working.  It was pretty obvious to me that I could not tolerate sugar, as I would through up from even one bite of sugar, so that made me not want it.  BUT my body still craved it, for over a month, I still wanted sugar, and I considered myself a person that didn't eat sugar...

Except for the 5 spoons I added to my coffee every day,
oh year, and the chocolate when I went to the store,
and when I hung out with friends, I would indulge in the treat,
and the occasional juice that I really liked...

But I didn't eat sugar, haha!

I see this all the time!  Someone will tell me they don't eat sugar as they are drinking a diet coke, and if they caught my weird look at them, they would tell me there is no sugar in diet coke its aspartame, or stevia...  But its not their fault, there is intentional deceptive advertising, and the truth is often hard to find.  But it is there if you look.

Anything sweet flavor has sugar in it.

​This includes fruits, and everything packaged.  All packaged products have sugar in them.  Sugar also serves as a preservative.

Once I did truly eliminate sugar from my life, I noticed some really awesome side effects!

I saved money while grocery shopping.
Less decision fatigue while shopping!
My skin got way better -  things that I just though were a part of how I am.
My gut issues improved significantly.
It was fairly easy to intermittent fast, which saved me time and money.
Its easier to be present, and go deeper in emotional work.
I became more in tune with my body - when I craved sugar, then I knew it was time to eat, rather that feeding the craving.
Lots of other benefits

The first class is always free.  It's a powerful and very fun class.  Many people have even manifested something they were wanting just from the first class  and everyone feels better afterwards, weather they came in crying and then felt calm and peace, or came in happy and then felt raised up even higher.  
This class is perfect for anyone, no matter where you are emotionally, or how advanced you are (or not) energetically.  And appropriate for anyone 14 years and older.  Yes, boys are very welcome, although generally women are much more attracted to this work. 

Those that have been with me for a long time are enjoying some very powerful and restorative integration.  It's amazing, and magical to witness each of my clients manifest, up level, and become more solid in their foundation = their lives are getting better.

The theme for this upcoming series beginning June 6th, is Joy, Risk and Fulfillment
I know, it looks like a weird theme.  During our 6 week class we will focus on Joy and Fulfillment, outside of class I am going to encourage you to take some risks!
Risk is a key element to our expansion in Joy and Fulfillment.  Can you think of a time you took a huge risk, to thankfully achieve it, and then feel that ecstatic elation afterwards?  And sometimes even moving 1 inch closer towards risk causes so much anxiety that you are in a sense debilitated?  Focusing on increasing your joy and fulfillment intentionally is KEY to strengthening you to be able to take that risk.  I am not talking about reckless risk.  I am talking about that thing you have been wanting for a long time but the things you have to do to get there are scary. 
Maybe its a difficult conversation - so that you can arrive and deeper connection and understanding?  Maybe its being vulnerable and authentic with that really sexy potential partner?  Maybe its being way more public or social media or anywhere else - so that you can grow your business or client base?  Maybe its changing your business services that you know would do you a lot of good, but you are scared to go forward?  Maybe its quitting your job to start your own business?...
We all have that thing and it is scary.  Its scary because their is potential for failure, whether its encountering trolls, the conversation blowing up, or your business not actually being successful by the time you really needed it to be…  Rejection in any form is terrifying to almost everybody.  Those very few who appear to not be afraid of rejection, are either really good at pivoting or reframing the experience.  And that is where focusing on Joy and Fulfillment comes in!  It supports you to pivot faster, and reframe the experience with a little more ease.
This series there will be a little more accountability and connection with the other classmates than previous classes.  I think this will be more fun.  But I’ll also be holding you to the fire a tiny bit more ;)  Don’t worry, I am included in this!  We’re all in this together, and so you’ll also see my vulnerabilities, as we all up level together.
For 6 weeks you’ll have a team rooting you on in both your expansion in Joy and Fulfillment, as well as going for those risks!  That in itself is already a win <3

New Year, New Clarity, New Energy!

Hello!
With the New Year, we will bring about New Level Clarity, and this will create awesome shifts, propelling you into your New Energy 

This past series of Art of My Presence was so fun, each of us enjoyed our own and each others' up leveling   Many of us enjoyed speaking things into reality

What is up leveling?  I talk about it a lot, I am really passionate to support, facilitate and witness people's up leveling.  Up leveling is when we successfully achieve a new height that not too long ago was very uncomfortable.  It can look any number of ways, including more money, deeper connection with friends and family, ever more fulfillment in romantic relationships, new heights of happiness and a much higher percentage of your day...  It can be measurable and immeasurable.  

Have you ever heard of the "upper limit"?  Gay Hendricks writes about it in "The Big Leap."  Many other coaches also talk about your "set point."  Your set point and your upper limit are basically the same thing, this invisible cap on how much good you are "allowed" or "capable" of experiencing.  It's all unconscious, and these "rules" or "upper limits" we have for ourselves can vary greatly from one topic to the next topic in any area of life.  The way to raise your set point or upper limit, is to consciously and intentionally work with it.  Intentionally getting as close as you can to that cap, and breaking though enough times so that it's your new normal.

It's totally possible to do this on your own, without the help of anyone else.  Go for it!!

BUT it's way easier and faster to raise your set point by working together with someone, and that is one of the things that we do during this class.  Though usually not directly addressed, your set point gets raised during each 5 week series, and many people love the results of up leveling that happens 

This coming series we will be addressing up leveling set points directly, and seeing that it's the new year, we will focus on gaining clarity in several different areas of your life!  With the level of clarity that I will facilitate in you achieving very often a natural byproduct is pretty quick manifestation.

Celebration of my own Desired Manifestation

Today I'd like to share my recent favorite celebration.

As someone that teaches people how to shift their energy so that they can manifest their desires, people often ask me "What have you manifested?"  And I go blank!  I forget, I am focusing so much on just staying present, and giving as much love as I can during interviews, that I forget my successes.  Why am I so focused on my own presence and holding love? Because that helps other people to reach for something more, even if they don't understand it, AND it helps all people manifest faster :)

Another thing about manifesting.  We can only manifest what we truly desire in our hearts, AND that we also believe is possible for us.  so each one of us manifests quite differently. 

No judging yourself :)

My recent celebration is Elisabeth!  It sounds weird to say that I manifested Elisabeth.  She already existed before I knew her, lol.  Its our partnership, that we both manifested.  That's another thing: manifesting is a co-creation with the universe or the other pieces/people involved.  So if something is not happening "fast enough", it is possible that its not the right time for it, or that it does not want the same exact thing that you want, and so it will show up in a different way.  The acceptance of this truth as a potential of what is going on for you, will help to manifest it faster.

I was REALLY wanting marketing help.  But I really wanted someone that had already taken this course the Art of My Presence, for two reasons, and that they really loved the class.  Elisabeth has taken two of my classes, and she is very impressive with her ability to integrate, up level, and manifest, so its extra fun for me to have her in my class (selfishly :)

My two reasons for wanting someone to help me that had already taken the class and loved it, is I was struggling talking about the class, so I wanted someone that understood what it was through experience, and if they loved the work, it would be fun for them to talk about it, and do the marketing.  Another very important thing to me.

Then along came Elisabeth!  I really liked her personally, and made my offer, and she was excited too!

Now I can relax around marketing, which I really don't like doing.  This is such a giant weight lifted off me, and now I post, reach out to others when I feel like it, and the joy has returned.  Plus Elisabeth is amazing, so talking with her more often, just makes me more happy to have another really cool friend <3

When the subject of manifesting comes up, many people think of money, cool vacations, or luxury items, but that is not always the case.  I encourage you to take one of my classes to see what this work is all about.

Sugar and Money

Hello!

Have you ever considered that what you eat might influence how to handle your money?    I believe that our diet massively influences all of our choices, including how we handle your money.  But the only way that you can know for sure; if how you eat influences your money habits, is to test it out, and see how your diet influences you.

More specifically I am talking about sugar.  Sugar is in so many things, and its incredibly addicting.   Sugar affects our health and happiness in all kinds of ways.  So if you'd like to test out this theory, I will share my experience, and how I cut out sugar.

Once I cut out sugar I had NO cravings,  which was amazing, and my skin got way better.  I noticed my allergies got a little better, I didn't have the constant congestion that I had grown used to, and just thought was normal, as well as many other things.  But my favorite was not having any cravings at all!

If you are going to embark on this experiment, have lots of compassion for yourself.  Cutting out sugar is not an easy thing to do.  You will "slip up" and that's ok, just get back up, and do your best.  If you keep trying to do your best it will naturally become easier and easier.  Here is what I did:

Keep a food journal.  Use google calendar or ical, or a little notebook.  This will be important for you to recognize any trends.  Its very hard to remember what you ate three weeks ago.  And record your successes!

Focus on breakfast.  Eating a huge meal in the beginning of the day is so much easier than at the end of the day.  Its when you naturally feel more ambitious that you will succeed.  Focus on eating high fat will keep the cravings away for longer.  If you eat bread and cereal then chances are you will be hungry again not long after.  High fat keeps you satiated for longer.  And you want to make sure to include something green in every meal.  I ate vegan keto for a while, its possible.  Things that are high fat and vegan are avocados, nuts, and coconut oil.  Its hard but it is possible.  I am not preaching vegan, I just want you to know that its possible.

And why high fat?  High fat will keep you more full for longer.  This is key in not craving sugar.  I'm not a doctor, but I believe that it helps to stabilize your blood sugar for longer.  I say this because I notice that when I do crave sugar its the first sign that I am getting hungry.  If I wait too long after that signal then I cave and eat something sugary.  Though this is really rare for me now.  And it just so happens that I am usually in the store at this time... that is when I will buy something I crave or want, and will rationalize before I even knew what happened.

Make sure you are fully hydrated.  I read somewhere that often we crave something because we are actually dehydrated.  Things that are hydrating is water, fresh squeezed juices, not store bought juices (though that's better than soda) and non-caffeinated tea.  Pay attention to your body and what makes you feel the best, as well as what is easiest for you to drink.  I love water, but I do notice that I drink way more water when I put a little something in it - an emergency packet, in a very large water bottle, a green juice supplement packet, a piece of fruit, mint...  If I do the packets, I will make them very diluted, so it almost tastes like nothing.  Also I think a water tracking ap is amazing, this really works for me.  There are plenty of free ones.

Compassion and Commitment.  These are both key to becoming completely sugar free.  You are not bad or did not make a mistake if you eat something sugary.  If you REALLY want that donut, eat it.  But be super conscious, really savor it, don't inhale it and then feel bad about yourself.  Do not go for the cold turkey approach.  I don't think this works with sugar.  It might work for you, but my process took me about 4 months before I was totally sugar free, and had no cravings.

I believe that eating high fat, lots of vegetables and drinking plenty of water are key to becoming sugar free.  But you could also slowly cut out some things.  You could eliminate sugar the last hours of the day, and slowly keep adding more hours.  For example.  No sugar after 8 pm, the next week, no sugar after 6 pm, then 4 pm, the 2 pm...  You could also do it a different way, maybe cut out all cakes, then all cookies, then all pastries, then all added sugar, then carbs, then alcohol...

Unfortunately carbs and alcohol turn to sugar when you eat them, so while doing the experiment, I would suggest to cut out both carbs and alcohol for a little while, so see how your body reacts.  And re-introduce it one at a time, again to see how your body reacts.

I think its much better to focus on what you want to add in, rather than resist.  For this reason I prefer to focus on eating high fat, lots of vegetables, and drinking lots of water instead of what you are trying to avoid.

So how will all of this benefit you financially?  You will see, it will be different for each of us.  But what you'll notice is a little more calm in your life, due to a more balanced blood sugar.  This will help with any extreme emotions like sadness, anger, anxiety, and stress in general.  We often make not as great decisions when we are in a stressed mood.  The desire is to feel better, for some of us spending money will perk up our mood.  Conversely, if in a stressed out mood, and you have to make a decision in that moment, you may not make the best decision.  Money can already be stressful for a lot of us, so we need everything we can to be supporting us.  You'll also notice your productivity go up, which could attract new opportunities!

And as far as food purchases go, you'll be spending your money on things that bring you greater health, once you have eliminated all cravings.  Greater health means more vitality, more life; and less medical bills!*  IF you have cut out sugar and you still have cravings, then most likely you are eating something that you are allergic to, or you might be depleted in a critical mineral.  You could do the fog map diet to figure it out.  You could also work together with a nutritionist.

*If you do have a lot of medical bills, and are looking to reduce them by changing your diet, a food journal or even a health journal is critical.  You'll want to include your overall emotional state, your hydration, maybe work with your doctor to have blood tests done.  Also make sure to record any natural sunlight you got each day, as well as exercise, and over all energy level.  Also any correlations that you think might be related.  Like if you saw someone that stresses you out, if you have mold in your home...  I believe making real change and seeing the results with medical bills will take at least a year, maybe a lot more, so this will take some commitment.

I hope that you enjoyed hearing about what worked for me to cut out sugar.  I love it.  I do not crave sugar at all, and I love that it saves me money!

Organizing Cheaply

Hello!

So often I hear people say they want a beautifully organized kitchen or home, but they don't have the money.  

Here is a solution to get your kitchen or anywhere else in your home beautifully organized without spending a lot of money, AND adding a lot of character!

Simply take boxes from things that you already buy anyway, and re-purpose them as storage when they are empty.  So simple!  You might say, but that's not cute.  

Is your disorganized area that has no structure or a home for the little things cute?

Using boxes from what you are already buying anyway has many uses.  One it can be a place holder until you do have the time or money to go buy the matching containers that you really want.  Yay!  The other benefit from organizing with boxes first, is that you will be much more clear on what size/how many containers you do need.

And if you don't want to spend money, what you can do is find some beautiful wrapping paper, contact paper or even wall paper - decorative paper that you love - and cover all of the boxes.  Including the ones that you won't normally see.  I love this, because it's so unique and adds so much character.

Why cover the boxes you won't normally see?  Because it really raises the joy factor.  Its kind of like making a new discovery, when you open the cabinet.  I love it, and I know you will too!

Invest in Your Future

Hello!

When we think of investing, normally it's a place that we put our money with the intention of it multiplying.  And that is fantastic.  I wish for all of our money to multiply.  And generally multiplication in this sense is something  very good.  But what if you took a step back, and saw every single dollar you spend as an investment.  How would you use it differently? 

Would you go to a more expensive coffee shop, because you know that good people work there, because you know their coffee is higher quality and more ethical?  Would you choose to hire someone, that would make your day a lot easier?  A tutor for your child, therapy for yourself, a house cleaner, a coach?  Would you choose to have friends over to eat a high quality meal, instead of all going out to eat?  Would you choose to live in a different city?  Maybe for health or happiness reasons?  The list goes on and on.  Seriously, I dare you to spend one entire day, every single dollar you spend, see it as an investment.  Do you change anything?

Go a step further and remove the word "spend" from your vocabulary.  Say "I invested some money at the grocery store today."  Or "I circulated money with the mechanics today."  What changed?  try to notice the nuance, or maybe even massive shift in your energy, or even increased abundance.

Donating money to charity, or to a person or cause you believe in is in general a wonderful thing to do.  I think most people believe that.  It's also a fantastic abundance practice.  What if you saw that as an investment too?  What if you saw donating to charity as an investment in the society that you want to see?  That takes on a very different perspective.  Personally I donate to the Pachamama Alliance.  I think they are doing incredible work, and the environment is something that I am very passionate about.  What do you believe in?  What do you want to see more of?  How do you envision the future?

Many mentors have said that donating (specifically 10%) is a necessary abundance practice.  Donate what you can.  If 10% is too much, just do $5 or $20 a month.  Anything is better than nothing.   If you do begin to donate money, notice how your perspective changes?  Look at that, you have money to spare.  You have enough money to contribute towards a future you want to see.  You have enough money to influence the world.  And should things ever get tight, you can cancel that donation for a month and use that money.  Wow, back up money!

I dare you to find a cause you care about and donate what you can, OR increase your amount that you are already donating.  Some interesting stuff will happen.  You'll feel great about yourself, and somehow more money will show up to cover the amount you are donating.  Maybe not right away, but eventually it will.  While I can't make any promises, I say this with total confidence from my own experience.

Saving Strategy #1

Hello!

Do you want more money?  I'm betting you do just like the rest of us!  I want to share a strategy , that helped me to become debt free in less than 4 years, of when I decided being debt free was a priority.  It's so simple you'll say duh!  But a lot of people discount how effective it is.

So you have your debt or specific goal.  You pick only one to focus on until that debt is paid off or that goal amount is reached.  Ie:  You have 3 credit cards, a car payment and your mortgage.  Pick one credit card to focus on.  OR you have a couple big things you want.  You want to buy a house, go on a vacation to Rome and you want to buy a big ticket item for your home.  Pick one.

Then for the goal create a seperate account only for that particular item, or store the cash in an envelope only designated to that item, and nothing else.  Discipline is required for this to work.

Then look at the things you typically do.  Do you go out to eat a lot?  Do you buy coffee every day?  Is your grocery bill always really high, and you're not sure what you spend it on?  Maybe you spend a lot on Uber or transportation?  Shopaholics anyone?  Daily drinks at a bar?  Maybe you typically get a large bonus once or twice a year that you have already spent...

Step 1: Determine what you do frequently.

Step 2:  Commit to whenever you would normally do that thing, you take that amount of money and pay it towards your credit card or transfer the money to that specific goal account.

*Side note* This is on top of paying your monthly minimums that you were already paying.  And if its a credit card and because you have paid off so much your minimums are lower, you still pay the amount that you were paying before. 

For example you have been paying $200 minimums on your credit card for a while now, but because you've been so disciplined after you heard about this strategy that now your minimum payments have been reduce to $100, you keep paying $200.

Lets use Uber as the example.  Say you live in a big city and take Uber a lot, its cold, and it saves you so much time rather than taking the bus, or you run late a lot and so now you have to take Uber to get to work on time.  Sound familiar?  I know I have done this, and I know there are plenty of you that do this too.  Every ride is somewhere between $6-$30 average.  If you're in New York I know it can be A LOT more that that.

Average out how often you take Uber per day, and how much is each ride usually?  If you take Uber 1-3 times a day and its usually $6-$15, then every single time you opt to take the bus, walk, or share a ride with a friend, you make a payment of $6-$15 to the credit card that you committed to paying off.  So yes, that does mean that some days you might make three separate $6 payments to the same credit card.  One might say why now wait until the end of the day and pay $18?  You could.  But most people aren't that disciplined.  And if you are committed to this new practice, it will become sort of like a game.  Often you will end up choosing to take the bus or walk so that you "get to" lower your credit card balance by $6.  If you wait until the end of the day this strategy loses its potency; and more than likely you'll forget at the end of the day.

You can even do this with several things.  For example every time I choose to buy a drip coffee instead of a late, if I choose not to drink, and I went shopping with my friends, and there was this gorgeous dress I really wanted.  But I resisted.  Look at the price tag of that dress and make that payment, when you get in the car and drive away.  Make that $2 payment that you saved because of choosing to buy a drip coffee instead of a late.  And if you decide not to drink that night when you're at the bar getting dinner, make that $7 payment to your credit card when you are paying the check.

If your grocery bill or any other bill is very high of you are able to reduce it, you take the difference of what you were going to / or normally pay, and use that amount to pay your credit card.  For example your grocery bill is normally $400, on the times you go to the grocery store and you only spent $100 (what??!!) then you make a $300 payment towards that credit card.

If you make more money than the average bear, or are in commissions work.  You can apply this same principal to your bonuses.  But in this case, you will have to change your point of view on these bonuses.  Look at the word: bonus = something extra... something you were not going to get otherwise.  So you take that large amount and put it towards paying off debt or saving for a big ticket item.  IF, before reading this article you used to spend the money you knew you were going to get, then use the bonus to pay that off, there will be an adjustment period.  If you were use to spending the bonus to pay off things you already bought, knowing the money would come.  One idea is to take as much of that bonus as you can and put it into an account and sit on it for as long as you can.  Then the next bonus will be to pay for things you want.  Doing this will change your habits over time.

This method is exactly how I paid off my brand new car two years early.  And how I paid off very big student loans a couple years earlier than I had calculated.  And still use this method to save.

I know it sounds trivial because the amounts are so small, and it seems ridiculous to make so many payments throughout the month.  But this method works.  Plus the trick is not to cut yourself off from the things that you want.  Just simply notice the times that you choose not to indulge, or maybe commit to cutting back once a week, then replace that typical purchase with a payment towards your financial freedom. By implementing this strategy you do not feel deprived, and you will actually feel excited to walk instead of take Uber, or cook at home for your friends instead of going out to eat.

*Note* In order to become debt free, once you pay off one credit card, you move on to the next.  Applying this principle + the original minimum payment you were making when it was high ($200 from the example above).
