Failure is a part of being great.

Failure is a part of your life being good!...even amazing!

I hate failure, I hate feeling like a failure, and failed dreams are especially painful. I know you feel the same <3
But when I listen to my friends, or anybody else and they are sharing their pain about their perceived failure, I know they are working through a great lesson that will help them get to that next level that they are wanting, or helping to create their "amazing life."

The quote "Einstein failed a million times before he created electricity, and then he was a genius" stands out. But it doesn't really click when you personally are going thought the pain and tears of feeling like you failed.

I can tell you that when I am in the middle of a failed dream... Oh my god, it hurts so much.  Its consuming.  Its hard to see the positive in anything,  Its hard to stop crying and go on with the day.  So I get you!  But thank god I have done enough work, that my logical brain kicks in and reminds me of times it turned around, or famous people that I admire that failed and then were huge successes.  Doesn't mean my emotional brain accepts it, but there is a shred of light <3  

Guess what?! Failure actually means you are on your way to that dream, to being great.

IF, giant IF, you have the courage to feel the pain. It doesn't have to be long, you don't have to wallow in it, but you do have to be willing to feel the depth of the sting. This is the universe working its magic to remove something in you, or make you into what you are dreaming of being, dreaming of living.

Find your right support that can witness you as you go through your failure an d you will get through it even faster, you will accelerate the shedding, and living what your heart dreams of.

I hope this shred of light gives you strength, that this re-frame gave you a big boost. You can do it, it will happen. Its ok if you feel like a failure, it's just a stepping stone. Don't let yourself get stuck in believing that its permanent, even though it might feel like it.

Its a new year... for new goals!

What are your top 3 goals for this year?...
​THAT you are COMMITTED to putting effort toward every day even when (if) you feel frustrated by the progress?

It's awesome to dream, and have goals. But sometimes we get discouraged with how hard it actually is to move forward in our biggest wishes.
Daily life demands get in the way...
Social obligations and commitments get in the way...

Dream big for your goals. Yes, this is very important.

The next step might be more important.
Given what you have going on in your life, what daily actions can you commit to?

Don't change your goals to make it more "realistic" that is cheapening your deep desires - that you 100% deserve. Instead make the baby steps work for you.

When is the best time of day to dedicate time for your effort?

How can you include your friends, family, or community in your goals? People LOVE to help others achieve a dream.

What daily habits could you modify that would support the achievement of your goals?

Make a list of all the things you love about yourself.  I would encourage you to keep it as a running list adding to it as often as you can with the intention of getting this list to be as long as you can possibly get it.

Now,  what are some things you can do to highlight those things that you love about yourself?

Do you wear something that shows the playfulness or edginess of your personality?
Do you wear lipstick when you typically don't?
Do you wear your best jewelry, because you deserve to enjoy the best things in life?
Do you eat healthier, because you love your health and radiance?
The list could go on and on.

Try it out!  Yes, it does take a little more effort, but you deserve to up level your enjoyment of your life.  Live as the goddess you truly are.

Best Nights Rest

We all "know" sleep is important....  SO many of us struggle with sleep.  Me included!

My mom always joked that I was like the princess and the pea, that even though she had 9 mattresses of padding she could still feel the pea at the bottom.  Although as a child I didn't like how my mom would tell me I was so high maintenance all the time.  Its true, and now I take full ownership of it.

I need the room to be cold, have a fan going, white noise, be fully hydrated, have gotten sun during the day, and exercise out doors, have moved my life forward in some way that matters to me that day, be happy about my life direction, prayed, be sleeping/waking at a fairly consistent time.... lol.  Anybody else???

My list of what I need to sleep well is pretty long, and not very negotiable.  I know I am high maintenance...  But lately I have been on a good sleeping streak.  I am SO grateful for this!

My most recent sleep upgrade that I decided to try was an organic mattress and organic sheets.  I love these sheets!  They are so soft.  I just ordered my second pair from the same company because I loved them that much.  And I thought the price was a competitive price.

I got the 600 thread count.  Very happy with this product.  And yes I am high maintenance about the products I consume.  Going to the next level with my bedding is something I am happy about that I believe contributes to my overall health, though I would probably never be able to prove it.

Then!  At check out, I decided to type in "discount to California..." and to my surprise discount codes did come up.  I have heard about this, but it was the first time I tried.  I enjoyed an extra 10% off just for doing a search.  Thought I'd share, hopefully you'll also get an extra discount!

Sleep hacks
Start experimenting AND tracking what you do to see what improves your sleep.
Generally I pick three things to pay attention to.  If you have a wearable, then that will make it even easier.  I don't...

I asses how I feel in the morning
How I feel overall throughout the day
And how many times I woke up during the night.

But you pick what will work for you.  It is hard work to sleep hack or bio hack.  I recommend tracking it.

Start with what is easy for you or cheap.

Personally I would start with hydration, focusing on getting to maximum hydration earlier in the day.  If drinking enough water is hard for you, mix it up, with lemon water non carinated tea, ect...

Then get natural sunlight,  and or work out out side.

Take action towards your dreams.  You can do something everyday.  I know lots of us are very busy, but there are still things that you could squeeze into your day.  If the idea of this feels overwhelming, set up a free chat with me, and we'll come up with an action plan that works for you.

From there look at your own life, what would be easy to modify or try out for a week.  There are so many sleep experts, and great books about sleep.

Prickly People

We all have at least one person in our lives that is prickly. They get triggered easily, they are hard to talk to...  We are not talking about jerks, people that have malicious intent, or enjoy being successfully manipulative.  Prickly people have good hearts, they just have some deep triggers that make it hard to talk with.

AND we have all been that prickly person at some point.

The empowering thing about personal growth is that, we can control our choices... to do our own work.  AND As we go explore our own stuff, people stuff begins to affect us less and less!

So...
What scenarios cause you to react kind of prickly? Is it a certain subject? Is it a certain person? Is it a particular person doing a particular scenario?

Journal about it for at least 10 minutes. No judgement on yourself.

Once you have journaled, read it over again. Do you notice a common theme? Is it always with a certain person, or group of people? Is it a certain topic?

What are at least three different ideas you can try out, to soften your own edges?

Does that mean telling specific people how they can support you? IE, interrupt when they see a certain person talking with you, expressing that certain subjects are hard for you, and for others to not bring that up? Plan something fun after seeing someone that challenges you...?

As we soften our own edges in doing so, we are also softening the prickly-ness of others.

I want to share a funny story about my life. 
I challenged everyone in my class to do a practice while they are at the kitchen sink.  We all wash dishes, so that is the perfect time to practice!  I was washing dishes, then I said to myself "hold on! if I tell everyone to practice at the sink, I better do it too!" So I started doing the energetic practice that we talked about that week in class. Less than 5 minute later My Man (as I love to call him <3); was watching t.v.  We have an open concept living space, so I can hear the t.v. and easily see him, and he can see me.  Often he enjoys watch some t.v. to relax, and when I'm doing dishes, I'm usually silent.

I began doing the practice, and he turn off the t.v. got up, walked over to give me a kiss on the cheek as he hugged me from behind (I love it when he hugs me from behind like that <3) and he asked me what I was doing. lol!!!

He could see I was doing the dishes.  And usually he doesn't turn off the t.v. when he wants to come give me a quick kiss.  I thought this was amazing, and hilarious.  I did have to try not to laugh.  This experience also strengthened my resolve to commit to the practices.  Because it does take practice!

I will admit that I do not watch t.v. I will watch a movie occasionally, and I don't like that he watches t.v.  BUT I don't complain about his habits.  And this day, without me saying anything, he decided to turn off the t.v!

How often does our loved one, do things that we don't like??? I know we all have something that we wish they would do, or would not do.  And as I was doing my energetic practice he "naturally" felt inspired to behave in a way that I want! Cool!

This was just one time, that was really obvious to me, and so I'm able to remember the story.  When you learn these practices you will also enjoy very cool experiences like this, or maybe something better... :)

This work is not about manipulation.  Its just when you change your energy in a positive and loving way, naturally others around you just feel inspired, and they happen to do things by their own choice.

This allows you to gain even more insight and healing beyond the class.  While also allowing you the privacy.  Of course I am available for questions, and you are welcome to share during class, but that is not required.

During class, you'll learn powerful practices, as well as gain gentle integration, and up leveling support, to help you become your next better version.

I am excited for this series!  We will focus on being and becoming calm in the center of chaos; offering stability to others, rather than needing stability; feeling comfortable with our own grief, anger, rage, sadness, frustration... and still going forward with life...  And of course being more powerful than our circumstances, or what others say is likely.

We do have the power to be very influential, without being cunning, convincing, or working extra hard.  Each week we will focus on another layer of what is required to be that "calm."

For this week we will start with AND consciousness.  I capitalize it, so that it stands out as a thing to you, and not a grammatical typo.  I try to allow a little time every series to AND consciousness, because it's a really big challenge to become comfortable with.  And a key ingredient in powerful manifesting.

Teal Swan is a favorite.  And this video demonstrates and consciousness VERY well.

Here are a few Journal options:

1 - Listen to this video, then journal about your reaction.  You will have a reaction :)

2 - Pick a topic that you are very clear on.  Very strong opinion.  Where opposing opinions make you angry.  And read or listen to at least two educated articles of the opposite view point.  People with strong opinions that don't have valid points behind them are just a waste of time.  AND consciousness is not about emotional charge or emotional manipulation.  Occasionally people of opposing view points will have a strong emotional charge, do your best to listen to the validity of what they are sharing, while ignoring the emotional charge.  This might require you to do research, to verify if the points that they say are in fact true.

AND consciousness is about holding two opposing view points as valid.  While still honoring what you believe.  Listing to another point of view does not negate what you believe, it is supposed to open you up to a new layer.  Looking at opposing view points to our own is only one approach to exploring AND consciousness.  AND consciousness is a big challenge to successfully hold, and so its important to intentionally explore it from many different approaches, or view points.  And we can also easily hold AND consciousness in one topic or life, where as another subject may be a huge challenge.  

Successfully holding AND consciousness is a requirement in up leveling, powerful manifesting, and being that powerful "calm" in the eye of the storm.

Are you ready to handle difficult situations with calm and ease?
Would you love to feel less of the tornado?
Is it possible that just by being different you could just have less issues?

Sounds impossible right? But it's not :) It's possible for you too :)

I was a flight attendant full time and a preschool teacher part time while I was getting this certification to be qualified to teach it. Amazing things happened.
Both jobs can be a lot. Lol, and I was doing one of them everyday. I lived in chaos.
People think kids are so cute; and they are!!!!  But how about when one is telling you "you look like a witch", another is saying they hate you and want you to go away, two other kids are fighting, and starting to hit each other, another kid is peeing his pants, and one more kid is whining and crying that they want you to come play with them... All at the same time, and the other teachers in the room are also occupied.

Kids are super cute, and fun! But the amount of chaos that often happens is very overwhelming to many.

When I began this Presence work, and practiced what I learned every day. It just got better. That is the best way to describe it. I felt peace and joy. The fighting kids stopped fighting when I walked in the room, the kid crying for my attention would decide to draw me a picture instead, until I was able to go sit with them. The kid peeing their pants, would ask for help before it happened. The kids that would tell me I looked like a witch because of my moles, just stopped. The ones that would tell me they hated me, just stopped. Either they found something else to do, or became the sweet nice child.

It was not overnight, but recognizing that I just didn't experience the same issues was amazing.
It truly felt like I was in the peaceful center of a tornado.
I could see there were issues but they just didn't happen to me, or even come close to me.


Same thing for when I was a flight attendant. I just didn't have the same kinds of issues that my flight attendant friends would talk about; Medicals, having to divert, very difficult passengers, being re-routed to very crappy destinations... Instead what I began to experience was: more and more amazing connections with guests or crew, either amazing conversations or very enjoyable flirtations that made my flight feel like 10 minutes, barely any medicals, no diversions, sometimes my flights would get canceled that would make for an even better layover…

One of my favorite moments while working on the plane:  the three of us flight attendants were talking in the back.  We were in the phase of the flight that was the down time opportunity.  There was a cute pilot commuting, he came to the back to chat, as was normal among crew members (we loved chatting with each other).  I was just listening. Then I remembered this is a perfect time to practice.  So I began to consciously do one of the practices, and instantly he turned and only faced me, and inched closer, the rest of the conversation!  To the point that it got a little uncomfortable, hahahaha!  I laugh because the practice worked instantly and so strongly!  This was not a normal thing for me, for the cute guy to pay way more attention to me, than the other people in the group.

The issues just didn’t happen to me.  I knew why.  I loved it, and that strengthened my commitment.  Other people would just say they had bad luck, and that I had good luck.  But those people are cutting off their own power and ability to grow by saying that.  

I don't know how better to describe it than it just got better... And it was better every time I was consciously doing the practices.

Increasing the Fulfillment Now!

Hello!

This post is primarily an exercise to help you increase the fulfillment and fun in your life now.

So often the big shifts in our life actually come from the tiny changes.  So as you are doing this exercise, include the "big" things, but also include the tiniest details you can think of.  It makes a big difference.

Here it is:

What ways or ideas could I increase my fun or fulfillment in/for:
Today?
Daily (general)?
With each important person in my life?
With each person I like (and would like to grow closer with)?
With strangers?
While Alone?
List any other ways

The goal of this exercise is to come up with as big of a list as you possibly can.  But I am giving you the assignment of at least 5 ideas for each question/person/task...

When you feel complete, go to each of the people on your list, and share with them what relates to them.  Tell them your ideas, ask them if they like any, and if they have any other ideas?

It is supposed to be fun and a co-creative conversation.

Most important step: implement what you can right away!

Hello team, who is available to speak?  Or guide me in what will be the best for us this week?
It is me Hathor. 
I love you Hathor,
I know you do.  I love you too, I have always been with you. 
Thank you.   Is there a special message you want us to hear right now?
Yes.  Keep going.  Everything is changing quite a bit.  The old way is dying.  Everything you used to know, the way you were comfortable with the world and society existing, and operating is dying.  It needs to happen.  It is over due.  We are trying to allow it to happen naturally, but if it does not happen fast enough you will not like it when we step in.  This class that you teach are the exact tools they need to learn the new way.  And you are doing wonderful, though we also want you to upgrade bigger and a little bit faster.  But now that you have accepted who you are, your pace is just fine.  We are sorry that you needed to get sick to upgrade to the level we needed you to.

What does this mean that everything old and familiar is dying.  A lot of change is still yet to come.  For many this is a wonderful thing.  For a few, this will be so painful for them, and as you know those people will choose to die instead of change.  This is a hard thing to accept.  But remember there is no death the way you think it is.  They just transition into a new realm, until they are ready to step into their new life.  Truly it is a beautiful process.

I know all of this, is this all important for each of them to know?  
No.  But it will be helpful in understanding the underlying of what is going on.  And that nothing will stay the same, everything will work differently than it used to.  And this is a very good thing.  People will not move forward in their lives without love in their hearts.  Those that hold love in their hearts no matter the emotion will grow much more quickly than others around them.  Let it be ok that you are growing faster than others around you.  You are the example of the new future, of what is next.  It can be hard to be ahead of those around you, but if you remember that you are an example, you are a teacher, and that just letting it be ok is exactly what is needed, then that is perfect.

This work (what I teach) is the beginning of the new way.  More inclusive, more integrative. More comprehensive and holistic, always with the heart at the center of every decision.  Is there any more of this message that you want to say?  No.  I believe you will all understand.  Everything is changing, let it change.

What does it feel like to be a magnet?

Hello!

I recognize that in this blog I mostly talk about mindset, habits, prompts, and different tools to help you.  And I rarely talk about energy, which is what I teach.

I find energy hard to talk about.  Its an esoteric thing, and not widely accepted/acknowledged in mainstream society.  Even though its still there, its still at work ;)  Energy is also highly individual.

Each of our emotions have a different energetic quality and weight in our body.  Some emotions actually increase our energy, while other emotions feel like they zap our energy.  In truth everything, EVERYTHING has an energetic quality to it.  Its just that it takes time, patients and curiosity to really feel into the quality, and over time recognize it, then eventually be able to put words to it.  The funny thing is that, because speaking about energy is so uncommon, we all have a little different language to describe things, so two people talking about the same exact thing could be using different words; and these words may mean different things to each other! How about that for a mind bender! Lol

The next series I have coming up is themed "Money Magnet."  I LOVE teaching this work, because I usually feel what you are feeling, and so its pretty easy for me to get you to a lighter better feeling space.  I'm able to find the right words that work for you, to get the openness and receptivity that I want you to enjoy - and the reason you signed up for the class.

Money is an interesting topic, because it has such a heavier weight or charge to it than many other topics.  We all have beliefs that we have picked up and implemented throughout our lives, our society operates using money, so much of what we want for our selves requires money....  these can be big blocks to attracting or generating the money that we do want.  So sometimes frustration can build, because energy is confusing to untangle on your own.

But working together is fun, seeing each other's wins is fun, and knowing that you have people that truly want you to win feels amazing :)

So what does it feel like to "attract" rather than "go out and get"?

It feels like finding something you really wanted, but forgot about, so you quit looking, then "YEAH! I was looking for that for so long!"

It feels like "wow, how cool! can you believe that just happened?!?"

It feels like easy natural fun, NOT adrenaline addiction high fun.

It feels like "thank you God" reassurance sometimes.

It feels like "thank you, thank you, thank you!" as you are excited to also pay the person back.

It feel like "wow, I can't believe how easy that went"

While its still important to put effort in the things you want for your life, there is a different feeling as you are doing what you need to do.  There is less doing things out of fear, or obligation, and more doing things out of faith, clarity of your plan, knowing you are doing the right steps - while also knowing, "hey maybe something amazing will also happen today, but either way, its going to be a good day."

Yes, the theme of the class will be focused on money, abundance, and prosperity, but that does not mean other good things won't happen in multiple areas of your life :)

In the past, I've had clients that have done work around money, and then healed big wounds in their family relationships/dynamics.  Or their health suddenly made a big improvement... just as examples.  Though if you really think about it, how much money would you have paid to have an improved relationship with that person or to have that draining health condition suddenly significantly improved?  That is actually a very big financial savings, its just way too often, we only value what we paid dollars for.  And often discount the things in our life that are actually draining our finances when we don't have a clear origin or solution.

As someone that went though debilitating fatigue, I can tell you health problems are seriously so expensive.  I wish good health for you and everyone else you know.  Or how much would you pay to be in the relationship of your dreams?  I can tell you I paid A LOT of money trying to figure out what I need to do, who I need to become... to finally meet my amazing man.

I hope to see you in this next series to increase your "Money Magnetism" where we will increase your overall abundance and prosperity.

The Truth is... You are a Money Magnet

Another series of Magic of Presence has been completed and some amazing manifestations have occurred for everyone in the class including me! <3

The next series' theme is titled Money Magnet.  I am very excited for all of us to attract, increase and/or generate more money in our lives!

Money is actually where my coaching journey began <3  Or even younger... As a child I made up this system of percentages that I applied to my life for the next +15 years.  Later,  MUCH later, I learned that Dave Ramsey had created this system.  But I am still proud of my 12 year old self for rejecting conventional thinking, and being so determined to find a way that I created a system that truly worked for me and everyone that I taught it to.  In telling this story to my coach, she recommended me to look into Money Coaching.  I looked into the program, and less than a week later I was beginning the first class.  On day 1... I was in heaven <3 

It was this ecstatic relief sensation that I knew I was exactly in the right spot.  This is what I was meant to do.  I was good at it, and loved studying.

I had been on the committed personal growth path for a while by the time I got my first certification.  I saw the huge benefits in my own life, but also the positive influence that was happening on the people around me.  I was addicted!  When I first started out, I was especially excited about becoming a Certified Money Coach because I figured, everyone wants more money, so that will attract people to doing the work, and make the world a better place, one person at a time <3

I have since expanded my Coaching Certificates, and eventually will add more certifications to the list; as well as my tools continue to grow.  

Now what I am most passionate about is helping you to win; helping you to transform your life into something that you are in love with.  To some people that will mean more money.  To some people that will mean better relationships with their friends and family, or having a group of friends that you actually feel great to be together, the relationship of your dreams, the career of your dreams, fame, thriving vitality... We are all so unique to our dreams and desires.

But having a bit more money will help you to achieve whatever dream you have ;)  And learning a new way of being to attract, create or generate that abundance, prosperity, or money is exciting, but more importantly it is transformative.  This work is exciting, and fun.

SO, what is your vision of prosperity?

Good Bye Sugar,                                                                                          Hello Health, Productivity and Savings!

Lots of us know we should reduce or even eliminate our sugar intake... so.... why don't we?

 Sugar and sweets are so incredibly addictive, and SO  common place.  Our society includes sugar loaded foods in all of our holidays, and its always the center of any get together.  Its so common place that a lot of people don't even know the food they are choosing has sugar in it!

I challenge you to eliminate sugar out of your life for at least 3 months, and you will be amazed at the progress that happens within your life!

I know how painful cutting out sugar can be.  For that reason I personally believe its better to do it over a period of time, for example three months, and to really focus on what you are increasing or replacing.  I do have a systematic approach to making these kind of diet changes.  That I am happy to share with you over a free Chat.

But if you do not want to work with me, there are tons of other people and resources.  Of course you can do it on your own, but with sugar, its much harder.

My journey:
I had massive gut issues, that were really a giant problem.  It really got in the way of me living, and even working.  It was pretty obvious to me that I could not tolerate sugar, as I would through up from even one bite of sugar, so that made me not want it.  BUT my body still craved it, for over a month, I still wanted sugar, and I considered myself a person that didn't eat sugar...

Except for the 5 spoons I added to my coffee every day,
oh year, and the chocolate when I went to the store,
and when I hung out with friends, I would indulge in the treat,
and the occasional juice that I really liked...

But I didn't eat sugar, haha!

I see this all the time!  Someone will tell me they don't eat sugar as they are drinking a diet coke, and if they caught my weird look at them, they would tell me there is no sugar in diet coke its aspartame, or stevia...  But its not their fault, there is intentional deceptive advertising, and the truth is often hard to find.  But it is there if you look.

Anything sweet flavor has sugar in it.

​This includes fruits, and everything packaged.  All packaged products have sugar in them.  Sugar also serves as a preservative.

Once I did truly eliminate sugar from my life, I noticed some really awesome side effects!

I saved money while grocery shopping.
Less decision fatigue while shopping!
My skin got way better -  things that I just though were a part of how I am.
My gut issues improved significantly.
It was fairly easy to intermittent fast, which saved me time and money.
Its easier to be present, and go deeper in emotional work.
I became more in tune with my body - when I craved sugar, then I knew it was time to eat, rather that feeding the craving.

Goals accomplished... by accident!

Do you have some goals that just feel out of reach? Or illogical? Or maybe don't even make sense how they will happen?

I know sometimes the thing we may want makes no sense.  Maybe it seems so out of reach that "why even torture yourself by dreaming?"

But when we allow ourselves to want what we truly want, things around us conspire to make it happen.  And sometimes the dream wants you.  Sometimes the dream choose you; to want it.  The first time I understood this concept was while reading "Elisabeth Gilbert's Big Magic".  And then I began to recognize all the points in my life where it was true, and how it did and does happen for me now.  Sometimes the dream chooses you.  I know its a funny concept to take in :)

I am a big believer in having many goals/dreams.  I think its a powerful thing, to be clear on your direction.  And sometimes life throws you curve balls, and that is exactly where having many goals in different areas of your life comes into play.  This way you always have control that you can move forward in at least one area of your life.

This week I have been hurt, and so in trying to honor my body and give it the rest that it wants and needs, I am doing my best to do nothing.  Its a challenge. 
This morning I was doing my journaling process and reading my goals out loud.  And then I realized! Oh my god! I achieved one of them!  It was actually because of being hurt that I achieved one of my goals.  BECAUSE of a curve ball that I would never have consciously chosen.

This is a wonderful example to everyone, and a big reminder to me, that doing less will still get you to where you want to go. 
SO please do dream big,
review your goals often, do what you can each day,
and somehow you will get there. 
Sometimes the curveballs, will even be the blessing you were wishing for ;)

Next Level - Where your Dreams are Waiting

All emotions are good, all emotions have insight to give us.  

If you enjoy reading my blog, chances are you are a growth mindset person, and often choose to grow and stretch!  But even for those of us that are growth mindset sometimes it feels like it is happening to us, and this is not as pleasant.  Maybe it happens in an area of life we often don't look at? Or maybe it happens at a speed and intensity that we would never choose.  I know both of these so well.  I have been forced to upgrade many times at a pace way more intense than I would ever choose, and also in areas of my life that I didn't realize I was not giving enough attention to.  You are not alone <3

In either case; when we are growing or stretching intentionally or if it feels like its happening to us; an array of unpleasant emotions can show up.  From anger, resentment, anxiety, sadness, feeling numb...  this does not mean stop or give up!  But you may want to allow space, or a pause, give the emotions showing up some room to express their concern.

It is important to have the right people that you can turn to to share your concerns and be witnessed, without receiving pity, being told to give up, or bulldoze through those emotions and what is going on.  

Unfortunately a lot of us don't have the right people that understand how to hold space, witness, while still knowing the truth about us - that we will succeed.  This is one reason working with a coach or having a support circle is so important.

The other day I channeled for myself about boundaries.  I was feeling very angry, and not clear on why, so I began to channel to gain insight.  Anger is an emotion that shows up when a boundary has already been crossed.  Its like "the protector behind the battle line."  I know that's a weird metaphor, but I think it paints the accurate picture.

Anxiety is anticipation that a boundary will be crossed or that a need will not be met.  Essentially its anticipation that you will not be validated.

Sadness or grief could be an expression of attachment to what you lost, might be loosing, or didn't get.

Resentment, I think is some combination of anger, sadness, or anxiety.  Depending on the person.

Conversely Joy, excitement, happiness, fulfillment... you are in the flow of expansion, you are comfortable where you are, and also enjoying the ride to the next level.  I know this is where we would all like to be, but sometimes that's just not how it goes. 

Check out the image.  In the blank space is where both Resistance and Boundaries being crossed exists and occurs.  The comfortable growth area, is how far we are used to stretching, and our visions and dreams are way outside of that!  Sometimes we are able to handle or suspend resistance to achieve our dreams, and sometimes its more challenging.   

Conversely having our boundaries be crossed is a REALLY uncomfortable thing, equally as uncomfortable as our needs not being met.  Which essentially I see our needs as a boundary, its just that its a boundary that you want certain people to touch.  As you get comfortable with each new level the outer limits extend.  And so truly we are always growing.  Its just those of us that are growth mindset choose to stretch more often, and those that are not growth mindset experience each new level as a threat, and so it does not feel nice through the whole process, until they/we have finally acclimated (grown) and have acceptance, and maybe even enjoy this new level.

This is what I do.  I help you to though the potential resistance with much more ease, strengthen your courage to express your boundaries to others, and help you get to those dreams and visions that are waiting for you, wanting you to be there at your next level.   Getting to your dreams can happen so much faster than you might believe <3

Manifesting!..... From a Bad Mood

Did you know that its possible to manifest your desires no matter what mood you are it?

Yep!  You do not have to be is a great feeling state to attract your desires.  Although typically people are more accepting of receiving even more good things when they are already feeling great.  Don't limit yourself by believing it has to be that way.

I actually manifest a ton from a bad mood.  Because when I am in those places, of hopeless heart break, of feeling so angry people actually run away from me... I have no resistance.  I am so absorbed in the bad feeling that the next day or two the very biggest thing I had been wanting, shows up.  Just like that.  Its amazing!

So I encourage you to submit and completely feel however you are feeling.  Of course if you are feeling an intense emotion like rage, grief, or depression, please take the necessary steps to have loving support so that you do not harm yourself or anyone else, or cause more damage that might be difficult to repair later.  If this is you please set up a free chat, and we can create an action plan for you.

When you submit and allow yourself to completely feel the feeling something magical happens, some kind of integration or release happens, its amazing.  I want this for you too! Joy, Fulfillment & Risk

In excitement of the next series coming up, I wanted to share more about this theme!

What is Joy? 

Journal about that before you read my thoughts :)

Joy to me, is a peaceful kind of happiness.  Its not excitement, or elation, but its laughing easily, its being in the present moment easily and happy with what is.  What is is perfect.  I do think it is possible to feel joy even when there is chaos or something unwanted around you.  This does require training to be able to be present to something unwanted and still feel joy.  With Joy; for some people I do think that there is a formula that for that particular person is tried and true.  I do not believe this is the case for all people.

What is Fulfillment?

Journal first :)

Fulfillment to me includes a sense of progress, peace, joy or happiness, and a recognition of your contribution.  Personally I enjoy the feeling of Fulfillment way more than Joy.  With Fulfillment I do believe its possible to feel both sad and fulfilled at the same time.  With fulfillment there is a sense of knowing that you are in the right place, that you are going in the right direction (even if things suck in that moment), and that you effort is important.  With deep fulfillment, there is usually some element of risk that was required before that deep sense of fulfillment.

And Risk!

We all know what Risk is.  Please do not do anything potentially harmful or reckless.  That is not the kind of risk I am talking about.   Taking a leap, or a risk is required for your growth and its also a part of what helps us to feel deep fulfillment.  Risk might be speaking your truth? Stepping up your visibility? Saying no or establishing a boundry with a loved one?  It might be quitting your job?  Signing up for a new class?... Risk is different for everybody, the only common thing is that its on the other side of our comfort zone.  We all have this invisible line that we operate inside, and that is called our comfort zone, risk is beyond that line :) BUT we know it when we have crossed that line! We might feel uncomfortable, nervous, feel sweaty, panicky, anxious, maybe even fear?

Personally I do not think its a good idea to go so far beyond our comfort zone that we trigger a full blown panic attack in ourselves.  But getting to know your edge is a good thing for our expansion, fulfillment and deep satisfaction in our lives.

Also when we try something new, or scary to us, we shake up our energy flow for the better, and we also change up and accelerate what the universe is able to deliver to us.  Again this does not mean doing reckless things, like spending money we know we don't have, going out with a person we don't actually feel good about, to a location we know nothing about, or any number of situations that test our physical or emotional safety.
When we take risks towards our desires - in this case those things that stop you from making your desire happen, we shake up the energy around us.  We open up new energetic doors that were not previously available to us!  SO, while taking some kind of risk is an effort of sorts, its also telling the universe "HEY! I'm serious about this desire!"  This is exciting to the universe, and our friends around us, and the universe, and those we love want to help us.  Thus manifesting faster.  This further increases our joy and fulfillment in life!

I know I am so excited that the weather is getting warmer, and it's much more enjoyable to spend way more time outside!  (Time outdoors is a critical component for me to recharge and fill up my own energy, like doing pushups!)

The first class is always free.  It's a powerful and very fun class.  Many people have even manifested something they were wanting just from the first class  and everyone feels better afterwards, weather they came in crying and then felt calm and peace, or came in happy and then felt raised up even higher.  
This class is perfect for anyone, no matter where you are emotionally, or how advanced you are (or not) energetically.  And appropriate for anyone 14 years and older.  Yes, boys are very welcome, although generally women are much more attracted to this work. 

Those that have been with me for a long time are enjoying some very powerful and restorative integration.  It's amazing, and magical to witness each of my clients manifest, up level, and become more solid in their foundation = their lives are getting better.

The theme for this upcoming series beginning June 6th, is Joy, Risk and Fulfillment
I know, it looks like a weird theme.  During our 6 week class we will focus on Joy and Fulfillment, outside of class I am going to encourage you to take some risks!
Risk is a key element to our expansion in Joy and Fulfillment.  Can you think of a time you took a huge risk, to thankfully achieve it, and then feel that ecstatic elation afterwards?  And sometimes even moving 1 inch closer towards risk causes so much anxiety that you are in a sense debilitated?  Focusing on increasing your joy and fulfillment intentionally is KEY to strengthening you to be able to take that risk.  I am not talking about reckless risk.  I am talking about that thing you have been wanting for a long time but the things you have to do to get there are scary. 
Maybe its a difficult conversation - so that you can arrive and deeper connection and understanding?  Maybe its being vulnerable and authentic with that really sexy potential partner?  Maybe its being way more public or social media or anywhere else - so that you can grow your business or client base?  Maybe its changing your business services that you know would do you a lot of good, but you are scared to go forward?  Maybe its quitting your job to start your own business?...
We all have that thing and it is scary.  Its scary because their is potential for failure, whether its encountering trolls, the conversation blowing up, or your business not actually being successful by the time you really needed it to be…  Rejection in any form is terrifying to almost everybody.  Those very few who appear to not be afraid of rejection, are either really good at pivoting or reframing the experience.  And that is where focusing on Joy and Fulfillment comes in!  It supports you to pivot faster, and reframe the experience with a little more ease.
This series there will be a little more accountability and connection with the other classmates than previous classes.  I think this will be more fun.  But I’ll also be holding you to the fire a tiny bit more ;)  Don’t worry, I am included in this!  We’re all in this together, and so you’ll also see my vulnerabilities, as we all up level together.
For 6 weeks you’ll have a team rooting you on in both your expansion in Joy and Fulfillment, as well as going for those risks!  That in itself is already a win <3

Dreams Come True

Personal Update
I'm not sure how to start this.  In general I usually keep my personal life pretty private.  I truly hate being talked about.  I know, as a coach, that wants to be big and inspiring to millions, this is something that I have to get over, or be comfortable with.  

I have some big news <3
I  got engaged this weekend!  But I want to share more about my internal journey around this because meeting "My Man" has been the number one thing that I wanted since I felt attraction towards guys, and for the most part was not happy with my results.  Sure there were a few happy moments...  There was so much pain around this, and other people made it so much worse, that I resolved to never talk about who I dated until I was engaged.  I would not give anything that would lead people to ask me questions.  I would shut down the conversation if people asked me about my dating life.

I've done my work, I learned the Art of Feminine Presence, which helped quite a bit, and working with my coach Rebecca also helped a ton.  I think all the internal work, incantations, energy work, energy clearing, manifesting exercises contributed for sure, as well as going through the painful hopeless moments.  I believe I've experienced many "dark nights of the soul" but right around (before) I met my now Fiancé, Fernando, I felt heart broken, crying, so profoundly angry at God, and telling God.  I don't remember what exactly happened to trigger that.  But I do remember the hopeless heartbreak I felt that night, and that it was only a few days earlier to meeting Fernando.

The day we met, I was feeling especially awful, definitely not even hoping to meet someone.  My goal for the day was to feel better.

We met at a local beach that I love going to because its beautiful, but it also has the best energetic vibration in Marin.  That summer I was going there a lot to heal and recharge.  That year I had been working on healing some really intense fatigue.  Debilitating fatigue.  I was working on finding a doctor I was happy with, but it was very hard.  I was researching, and doing everything that made sense to me.  My life had flipped upside down to one of 100% healing.  In my intense paying attention to myself, I learned that grounding and sunlight were the single biggest things that made me better.  On the particular day we met.  I was feeling awful.  I decided to spend a long time at china camp to feel better.  I packed my keto breakfast, computer, journal, and blanket ready to spend most of the day there.   I was wearing no make up because I didn't feel like it, and obviously I wouldn't meet anyone ;)

I hiked to china camp, walking down the hill to the benches so I could eat.  And I see this guy on a motorcycle driving really slow.  I move over more, thinking about the quote from super troopers "I can't pull over anymore, man."  I laughed a little to myself. :)  He's going super slow, and I am thinking, what is he looking at???  Mildly paranoid.

I sit down on the benches, and he sits down on the other picnic bench.  There are not much options.  Because I'm so social and love talking to people, we start talking.  I was working on my journal, he asked about it.  Then I was excited!  I want to teach everyone my process of journaling (reaching for goals, in a daily way).  I think everyone should have a coach, and be reaching for some kind of growth, so I was VERY EAGER to teach him my process.  He felt like he was seeing too much, but I was so excited to show him.  I didn't think it was a big deal to show him my journal since I would probably never see him again anyway.

Then I asked him if it was ok if I ate.  I had a can of sardines, and a can of olives.  I knew the smell would be gross for someone that didn't like sardines, which is why I asked. He thought it was weird that I asked him if I could eat.  We talked as I ate, commenting on keto, and how he was interested in becoming keto.  Later I found out he couldn't believe I was eating something like that for breakfast.  He told me he was actually mildly grossed out - haha!  ONLY because he expressed interest in growing and keto, did I take his email.  I was not at all in the space of thinking about dating!  I could see he was attractive, but that's not where my head was at!  My friend Crystal Ra was about to start a wild fit program, and because I want everyone to better themselves and their lives, I was very eager to connect them.  I thought email was appropriate.  He was disappointed, and thought I was not interested.  I still think its funny that I was not thinking dating at all.  But what stood out about him was his heart.  I really liked his heart.  I didn't know anything about him, but his heart felt really nice, and for some reason I wanted to be friends with him.

It turns out he the closest thing I've ever met to my wish list.  I didn't even think that was possible, even though I did the work to try to train myself into believing it was. I made an extra long and detailed list on purpose.  I can't tell you how many times people would tell me "that doesn't exist."  But it does.  And he's actually more romantic than I wished for! This is a wonderful bonus <3

So that's how it all started!

Then Saturday night, he took me to china camp and we ate dinner on the same benches we met <3 I was actually getting a little frustrated with him, because he was being so weird, haha!  Then he got down on one knee and asked me the question, I have always fantasized about being asked by the man I am in love with.  I was in so much shock that I was laughing, and he had to ask me again if I am saying "yes?".  YES!

It was a perfect proposal, exactly the way I have always fantasized.  Casual, beautiful, intimate, and a surprise.  I'm so happy he choose to bring me to the place that we met.  To celebrate that beautiful day where I was completely unaware!  He even chose the ring style that I have all over all of my vision collages (that he has never seen).

I am very happy <3

Sometimes manifesting our desires takes so much longer than we are comfortable with.  In this case, that is what happened for me.  But there are so many other pieces that we don't know about that would affect the outcome of our desire.  Looking back, now that I know him much better.  Although I would have been attracted to him at all phases of our lives, both of us were not in the right place to have been together successfully.  I was so quick to dump men at the slightest hurt.  And he would have hurt me.  And so if it happened any earlier in our lives, it would have been ruined.  Once upon a time I was so committed to protecting my self, that I was actually toxic.  Of course I couldn't see it in the moment.  It took a lot of painful introspection and pattern unwinding to recognize how my attachment to not getting hurt, was hurting me very much.  Now, I am grateful to have had that time to do the work.  I am proud of how I show up in my relationship, and grateful that my biggest wish has become a manifested reality.  

No games, just being authentic me.  It took a lot of time to build up the strength to be vulnerable; to learn how to love myself;  and to have (more) courage to be me publicly.  That once upon a time, being even the slightest bit vulnerable would cause a panic attack, or for me to run away physically, so as to not feel the beginning of a panic attack.  Thank you to my wonderful coaches that supported me to grow in the ways that I really needed to grow.  Thank you Rachel Jayne Groover and Rebecca Massoud <3

Enough Time

Today I just finished a call.  Before the call I decided I was going to go to the beach to ground and get some sun. 
After the call, I thought about my day, and then I said “I don’t have the time” And I felt the weight of my fatigue get way worse right away.  I rationalized, maybe I can lay down on the balcony?  As I looked at the meters of the house, that are on my unit, that I know cause EMF’s (Electromagnetic Fields). 

Where as, at the beach, I would be truly grounding, and there are no power lines around, and I know how delicious the energy is there… I started to stress out.  Seriously! What a dilemma, lol ;)
So, I sat down and asked my body and God, which one they wanted me to do. 
Beach! Hands down. 
So, I decided to go.  I got there, and it was delicious.  I felt my body melt right away.  I set up the blankets, laid down, baking in the sun <3 

I could feel receiving the healing grounding energy from the earth, and the delicious hot infrared light from the sun (I was covered up because it was still cold.  But with a blanket over me, I was baking <3!!<3!!  And then I realized, this.  How dumb! It truly costs me a lot to not go ground at the beach.  I feel so recharged afterwards, and significantly happier, compared to being at home, trying to be productive, but actually take 2 naps, and not doing anything, except spinning my wheels.  And after returning from the beach, I felt recharged and inspired, which is actually more productive.  I know we all do this, and so some self-analysis is a good thing.

What does "not enough time" or money mean for that matter?  Seriously, I don't have the time to do something that I know is super good for my health and energy levels?  What???  The truth of that statement, when I really look at it, is actually "I am choosing to put importance on obligations, rather than what I know will nourish me, and support me for the things that matter in my life."

And yet, we all say that we don't have the time, or don't have the money to do something that we know would be really good for us.  Because of me catching myself I will be going to the beach way more often.  And now I know, when I say that phase, "ding ding, pay attention!!"
 Also when you say you don't have the time or the money -to get out- of some situation, you are actually lying.  And the energetic cost of lying sticks with us for a while.  Where as if you said the truth "I don't want to" or "there are other priorities more important to me right now" you walk away with clarity, and feeling more empowered.  There is no internal questioning that happens.

What is it costing you to pass those things up, and stay the same?

When we choose change, its powerful, uplifting, and brings in new possibilities that were not available to us before.  We we avoid change, it eventually comes crashing down on us, and feels horrible.  I have gone through both, several times :)  Its not to say any of us won't go through that again.  But it is beneficial to do some self analysis.  Choose the thing that will actually make your life richer <3

Happy Earth Day!

Happy Earth Day!

As I wish you all a happy and reflective Earth Day, I remember going to my first meeting to help the earth, I was 11.  It was a group of girls led, by one girl that seemed to be pretty experienced.  We decorated magnets made out of the tin ends of concentrated juice.  Don't know if any of you remember those froze juice packs that came in a circular cardboard packaging, with tin end caps?  I don't even know what the name of that packaging is!

Anyway, as we celebrate Earth Day, I hope to inspire you to look at your own life.  What is one tiny thing that could make this planet a bit healthier?  PS, did you know improving your own health is in many many ways making the earth a bit healthier?  I think this is important to point out, because if the change we want to make actually makes our own life better, its usually much easier to stick with.  So here are some ideas:

Eliminate or reduce the amount of toxins in your personal care products.  I am sorry to say that many of our favorite brands of make up, or lotion, have some pretty toxic chemicals.  And there are many alternatives that are just as good!

Or you might choose to only eat what's local and in season.  Seeing that the weather is getting warmer, this should be quite delicious and easy to do.  How about eating 100% organic for at least a few months?  You could up level that, by also making sure your food as a Non-GMO Project verified label, a B crop Label, or a regenerative agriculture label (regen ag)

Maybe cancel your gym membership, and work out - outside?

Try composting

Choose to walk instead of drive...

Or just go to the beach and meditate, giving appreciation to natural beauty!

Early Mother's Day Celebration!

I know... Mother's day is still two months away... But May is one of the busiest months for me.  I usually take a week off, just to accommodate all the social things! Plus mother's day...  And I am more of an introvert, so having a lot of social things on my calendar, as fun as it all is, its a little bit depleting.  I have always wanted to celebrate mother's day with some kind of promotion, and I now have the perfect gift to give!  Two lucky mom's will get to enjoy this awesome gift before and after mother's day.

My passion for interior design and home organizing was actually borne when I was 16, and painted my room this gorgeous, glowing cantaloupe orange.  I knew nothing about color therapy, except that intuitively I noticed that blue increase my depression, and orange relieved my depression, by a lot.  Because of my personality type, and intuitive sensitivities, I really loved getting into the nitty gritty of making everything - every inch - gorgeous.  Any Enneagram's 4's out there?

My learning in this area never stopped, I loved Feng Shui, energy work, and my degree in interior design.  Once I professionally became and organizer I have done a free session with my mom every year.  She enjoys my perfectionism now ;)

And now I am bringing my gifts to you!  Most people gloss over the details, they think it doesn't matter, and in doing that they also gloss over the problem areas, that accumulate, and lump it into it doesn't matter.  People usually only call me when they can't stand it anymore.  How about we change that?  I have noticed that when it comes to the home, in general there is a good amount of shame that they haven't been able to figure it out already.  But, its not about shame.  Shame many times - not always - is what causes people to try to do it on their own, and then shame is also what brings them to call me, or another organizer (not always).

I am sharing this because I want you or anybody else to see that other people feel the same shame that you might feel about your home, AND other people do not project the judgment that you are likely envisioning onto your home.  They have some area in their home that is equally bad! lol

I have always been obsessed with healing, in every sense.  The home is an amazing healing tool.  Equally as powerful as eating your vegetables, or seeing the right therapist.  And the way that I help people organize and decorate, is so communicative of their personality, and functional for their life, that healing happens.

Who you are is a work of art, and I help you to put it into color, art, the right things, and the right system for your house.  Its a very fun process, and yes, it does take a bit more time and money that just bulldozing and getting it done.  But you know what, "bulldozing and getting it done" is actually ineffective because you didn't take time to think about the way you think, the way your life flows, what nourishes you , and makes you glow, so you don't maintain the results.  

When you have an area where every single inch is beautiful, represents your personality, and is maximized to work for you, magic happens.  Healing occurs, things manifest.  Its amazing, and really really fun.  I love seeing it, and I love helping others achieve this.  I have given my gift to my mom many times, and its always so fun to witness the healing happen for her, and for things to manifest for her.  She worked so incredibly hard as a single mother, and growing up she put herself last.  As I think most mom's do - to make sure their child has the best.

But... when you constantly put yourself last, you are depleted.  A depleted mom (or anyone) just cannot give their best.  So I want to help you single mom's out.  I know all mom's and women deserve to have a space they love, but my mom was single, and so I want to help others in a way that hits even closer to home.

Ready or Not; I am ready

The beginning of a new path.
The past 10 years, I worked in a job I had dreamed about being.  I became a flight attendant at 27, when I was still so ancy and addicted to traveling even after 2 years of living in other countries.  Having this job satisfied my ancy-ness. I truly never knew what was going to happen when I would show up to work.  I expected I would meet new people and have fun.  It was fast paced and intense which I loved! 
​My people skills became fine tuned, which I am proud of and grateful for.  I grew as a person and as a professional.  I became incredibly adaptable, because of this job I became so incredibly solution oriented.  It was also an amazing playground to play with manifesting powers.  

The first 5 years were AMAZING.  When I lived in Australia I would say that was the best time of my life.  Then when I became a flight attendant, that became the best time of my life.  
Slowly things became less interesting.  The problems became more boring.  It was always the same “type” of person that had particular issues.  Sometimes dealing with the issues was as if on auto pilot.  The hardest part of the job was always difficult crew members.  Which I am so grateful that it was very rare.  The stress was high.  I never did get used to the level of stress.  Then when we were bought by another company, my heart broke.  They were different.  It felt like they wanted to break us - not take what was amazing about us and integrate it.  The company was very micromage oriented, and this increased my stress.  I became resentful, and some negative habits began to creep in.  I didn’t notice it for a while, even when occasionally people would comment on it “sounds like you are done with this job”, I thought that was rude, why would they say that?  
Over time my health began to noticeably deteriorate as well.  I knew it was because of the job: high stress, sleeping horribly, often not sleeping at all, being only in blue light sometimes all of the sunlight hours, not getting any time outdoors or to exercise several days in a row often….  Eating pretty bad, and always at restaurants.  And I was so unhappy with my life when I was home.  I was gone too often to create or invest in what I wanted.  I felt like I was only recovering and then filling in the holes with my friends and family.  While I still had a lot of fun on my layovers.  It was very much a double life, which I enjoyed, but did not like that people at home did not get it.  I quit talking about flying all together.  I didn’t enjoy talking about the challenging moments to people in my “normal life” nor did I enjoy talking about the amazing parts, like staying in 5 star resorts, having a ton of fun with my crew, eating at amazing restaurants, I just felt like a jerk to talk about this so casually.  But this was my life.  All of my flight attendant friends felt the same way.
I began to grow in coaching and personal growth.  I began to see results, this became a big passion.  And yet, I was feeling alienated because of it.  I wanted to talk about deep soul desires, and our shadow aspects.  Other people were like “ahh you just need another drink!”
I was slowly and yet very quickly outgrowing my old life.  Until my health issues became such a big deal that I felt suffocated by my job, and I was just managing…. And then one day I just couldn’t.  I collapsed, luckily at home, but I could not get out of bed.  Now I know, this was my body saying “you are finished.”
I had always seen myself as very healthy, learning and improving my health was always a passion, so this came as a big shock to me.  I did not understand to what depth flying was bad for my health.  And also that I was ready for the next path, the next phase of life.  Although scared.  I wanted to keep flying in my back pocket and evolve as a coach… But I wasn’t really leaping.  Somehow the security of having flying to fall back on was actually a cap instead of a safety net.  Today, March 2, 2022 is the day that I am officially finished.  And I am ready for this new path.
I feel the same as arriving to a new country that I am going to live in for a year.  It's the same feeling, a little nervous, a lot excited, a good amount of overwhelm, along with lots of deep breaths, and baby steps. 
“What is the next step now?”

So world.  I am ready for the next path.  I am ready to shine in a new capacity, and serve in a different way.  I feel the dreams of workshops, seminars, and truly transforming people’s lives so much more palpable than ever before.  And I also feel things that I cannot yet see.  I am excited and I am ready. 
And I also want to reflect that I didn’t see (until now) how my clinging to what I thought was an amazing back up plan was actually a gigantic block.  And now that the block is removed, I feel increased life force, some sadness, and optimism as I close this amazing chapter, and begin to create a new chapter of my life.

I want to share some of the biggest lessons that still stand out to me from flying, as I do believe this line of work is fairly unusual.
​

- For the most part people are good.  People love to help others.  It was very heartwarming to see someone happily switch seats so that a family could sit together, or to jump in to help someone elderly.  This was a beautiful lesson that I am grateful for.  Before flying I thought on the whole people were dumb and didn’t care.  Thankfully I was proved to be wrong.

- When people are jerks, they are being like that to everybody else in their life too.  Can you imagine what it would feel like to have so many people really not like you?  No wonder they are jerks!  I would often say “these people are just having a bad life.”

- You really never know what is going on with the other person. 
I never forgot this man.  He was a boy to me.  He must have been about 19.  He was rude and adding to my stress to meet the company's (unrealistic) expectation of on time door closure.  He had too many bags, I told him I would have to check one, he said “fine!” as he threw them all on the floor.  It was actually in my best interest to keep all of his bags in the plane - to minimize potential issues with him, and to get on time door closure (and avoid reprimand).  I was able to figure it out, I found space for each of his bags.  Then at the end of the flight his seat mate told me what had just happened.  Both of his parents had just died in a car accident over the weekend.  I felt so horrible, this still brings me to tears.  This boy has no idea the lesson he taught me.  You truly do not know what is going on with the other person.  Similar stories to this happened many times over the years.

- A high school boy asked if he could pray for me.  It was the sweetest thing.  At that time, I had recently become interested in learning about Jesus, I was big into manifesting.  And Jesus is still the best manifester that has walked our planet.  And so because of that I understood what a sweet gesture that was.  I was honored.

- The many times of laughing hysterically with my crew members.  

- That I have the ability to be ready in 5 minutes.  I am grateful to know the right hairstyle. 
- Red lipstick is magic.

- How quickly you can manifest. It's AMAZING.

- How having a structured journal practice really increased my happiness and life satisfaction, as I think it would also provide the same for you!  This was so foundational once I started.

- The better you get, the better life gets.
Complaining is an addiction.  While working in such a fast paced high stress environment my crew actually did not want to be around me as much when I committed myself to “the no complaint challenge.”  This is an amazing challenge, it will change your life.  Read the book: A Complaint Free World.

In the vision of my perfect life, I wanted to keep flying as a back up as I pursued my new career, but the universe had other plans for me.  It was painful to let this old dream die.  Finally I was ok with my new path, that I would not have flying as an option anymore.  And truthfully I do not want it in my life in any form (now).  Flying is so incredibly bad for your health.  As I learned intimately, and then as I did research to figure out how to heal my invisible illness, I learned the science behind why.  You can do your research to understand mitochondrial health if you are interested in understanding for yourself, and please reach out to me to get my play list of incredible content each video gave me a new rabbit hole to research as I continued to piece things together.

I had already known for a long time because of channeling, that when you take to long to upgrade the universe is forced to step in, and kick you out from your old / present life.  The universe may do this with health issues, as was the case for me, it might also happen in a series of bad things happening, or lots of things just not working out.  It will usually show up in the way that is most painful to you, as that is the way that you are most likely to pay attention and take action.  Yes it does suck very much to be going through it.  I knew this is what was happening, and I was still struggling, and so attached to my old dream.  So you see just because someone is a coach, does not mean they are an expert at letting go and moving on.  Its hard when its your life.  And I also think this experience has made me a better coach.  Better at holding space, better at working with and allowing of what you are or are not ready for.
Thank you for reading, this post helped me to celebrate, commemorate, and move forward with excitement.  I hope this inspires you to take some leaps when they present themselves.  You do not have to change your life all at once, and sometimes when you take too long to make the change you know you are being called to, life will do what it needs to to squeeze you out of the stuck place.  I know it's uncomfortable, I know when you try too hard to stay in what does not work anymore, it will feel like life sucks.  But the truth is, you are taking too long to make the important upgrade changes that you need to make.  Just as I was.  Ready or not; I am ready now.

Radiance

I have recently gotten into sunrise walks.  I have been learning about how important seeing the sunrise and the sun is, in general for our health and healing, and while I do not succeed every day in seeing the sunrise.  I notice that I usually have a MUCH better day on the days that I do!

One morning I was admiring how gorgeous the sunrise is.  I am very lucky that I have found a gorgeous walk, where I get to see the sparkly rays of the sun on the water.  Its magnificent. 

As I was admiring the sun coming up, I thought, truly the sunrise and sunset are gorgeous NO MATTER where you are in the world, sure being on a mountain top or on the water is extra beautiful, but you can be in the worst neighborhood, and nothing can hide that gorgeous painted sky.  And then I was thinking, the sun always shows up, sometimes its hidden with clouds but it always comes up - the sun is always shining.  That was the perfect metaphor for us people.

What conditions support you to shine or show up more beautifully?
And what would your life be like if you were shining and gorgeous no matter what was going on in your life, or around you?  What would transform?  (this does not mean being physically beautiful).

We all have our gifs, and so many of us hide them, or allow the clouds (conditions) to cover us up, but we are the most radiant when we show our true gorgeous colors, that paint the life around us,  just as the sky.

Nourishment, Support, Health, Vitality, Radiance!

Where are you on this scale?  Are you simply focusing on nourishment?  Are you ready to receive greater support?  Are you happy with your health, and really more focused on vitality?  Are you so overflowing with vitality that you are radiant?
We can all fluctuate from day to day and even throughout the day.  Even each word has a huge range, and each one of them overlap with each other.  

The right nourishment supports the right system functions in our body, which leads to good health, and even vitality!  When we are thriving with vitality, everyone notices our radiance.

A memory pops up.  I had just signed up for a month promo of Hot Yoga.  I had done hot yoga 4 days in a row.  I would drink three 50 ounce bottles of water within three hours, just to make sure I was fully hydrated before the class.  On the 4th day, you could not contain my radiance.  I was so excited about nothing!  It was amazing!  And then I noticed I was “too” excited and I toned it down.  This class is about getting you comfortable with your new level, don’t tone it down!  This is an example of how our health affects our energy.  

And now the opposite.
I was struggling with fatigue, and nervous about traveling, as very often I needed to take naps.  I got to the final week-long seminar that was a part of this certification.  And immediately, I felt the high vibration of all the ladies, and the permission to be where I’m at.  I had my "hot seat" turn, I was witnessed, and released a lot;  We did 8 hours of this work each day, and my energy was fantastic!

What I have noticed and believe now, is that health and radiance is a bi-directional system.  Yes, what foods we eat, water we drink, how much outside time, and relax time we get affects our health, but our energetic state also affects our health, and our health also affects our energetic state.  I like to focus on raising both up, since they both affect each other.  This series you’ll learn and practice tools to help you turn up your radiance, how to hear what foods, or activities will nourish you the best for that moment, how to receive greater nourishment from the environment around you, and enjoy your new level of vitality.
