Happy Earth Day!

As I wish you all a happy and reflective Earth Day, I remember going to my first meeting to help the earth, I was 11.  It was a group of girls led, by one girl that seemed to be pretty experienced.  We decorated magnets made out of the tin ends of concentrated juice.  Don't know if any of you remember those froze juice packs that came in a circular cardboard packaging, with tin end caps?  I don't even know what the name of that packaging is!

Anyway, as we celebrate Earth Day, I hope to inspire you to look at your own life.  What is one tiny thing that could make this planet a bit healthier?  PS, did you know improving your own health is in many many ways making the earth a bit healthier?  I think this is important to point out, because if the change we want to make actually makes our own life better, its usually much easier to stick with.  So here are some ideas:

Eliminate or reduce the amount of toxins in your personal care products.  I am sorry to say that many of our favorite brands of make up, or lotion, have some pretty toxic chemicals.  And there are many alternatives that are just as good!

Or you might choose to only eat what's local and in season.  Seeing that the weather is getting warmer, this should be quite delicious and easy to do.  How about eating 100% organic for at least a few months?  You could up level that, by also making sure your food as a Non-GMO Project verified label, a B crop Label, or a regenerative agriculture label (regen ag)

Maybe cancel your gym membership, and work out - outside?

Try composting

Choose to walk instead of drive...

Or just go to the beach and meditate, giving appreciation to natural beauty!

Early Mother's Day Celebration!

I know... Mother's day is still two months away... But May is one of the busiest months for me.  I usually take a week off, just to accommodate all the social things! Plus mother's day...  And I am more of an introvert, so having a lot of social things on my calendar, as fun as it all is, its a little bit depleting.  I have always wanted to celebrate mother's day with some kind of promotion, and I now have the perfect gift to give!  Two lucky mom's will get to enjoy this awesome gift before and after mother's day.

My passion for interior design and home organizing was actually borne when I was 16, and painted my room this gorgeous, glowing cantaloupe orange.  I knew nothing about color therapy, except that intuitively I noticed that blue increase my depression, and orange relieved my depression, by a lot.  Because of my personality type, and intuitive sensitivities, I really loved getting into the nitty gritty of making everything - every inch - gorgeous.  Any Enneagram's 4's out there?

My learning in this area never stopped, I loved Feng Shui, energy work, and my degree in interior design.  Once I professionally became and organizer I have done a free session with my mom every year.  She enjoys my perfectionism now ;)

And now I am bringing my gifts to you!  Most people gloss over the details, they think it doesn't matter, and in doing that they also gloss over the problem areas, that accumulate, and lump it into it doesn't matter.  People usually only call me when they can't stand it anymore.  How about we change that?  I have noticed that when it comes to the home, in general there is a good amount of shame that they haven't been able to figure it out already.  But, its not about shame.  Shame many times - not always - is what causes people to try to do it on their own, and then shame is also what brings them to call me, or another organizer (not always).

I am sharing this because I want you or anybody else to see that other people feel the same shame that you might feel about your home, AND other people do not project the judgment that you are likely envisioning onto your home.  They have some area in their home that is equally bad! lol

I have always been obsessed with healing, in every sense.  The home is an amazing healing tool.  Equally as powerful as eating your vegetables, or seeing the right therapist.  And the way that I help people organize and decorate, is so communicative of their personality, and functional for their life, that healing happens.

Who you are is a work of art, and I help you to put it into color, art, the right things, and the right system for your house.  Its a very fun process, and yes, it does take a bit more time and money that just bulldozing and getting it done.  But you know what, "bulldozing and getting it done" is actually ineffective because you didn't take time to think about the way you think, the way your life flows, what nourishes you , and makes you glow, so you don't maintain the results.  

When you have an area where every single inch is beautiful, represents your personality, and is maximized to work for you, magic happens.  Healing occurs, things manifest.  Its amazing, and really really fun.  I love seeing it, and I love helping others achieve this.  I have given my gift to my mom many times, and its always so fun to witness the healing happen for her, and for things to manifest for her.  She worked so incredibly hard as a single mother, and growing up she put herself last.  As I think most mom's do - to make sure their child has the best.

But... when you constantly put yourself last, you are depleted.  A depleted mom (or anyone) just cannot give their best.  So I want to help you single mom's out.  I know all mom's and women deserve to have a space they love, but my mom was single, and so I want to help others in a way that hits even closer to home.

Ready or Not; I am ready

The beginning of a new path.
The past 10 years, I worked in a job I had dreamed about being.  I became a flight attendant at 27, when I was still so ancy and addicted to traveling even after 2 years of living in other countries.  Having this job satisfied my ancy-ness. I truly never knew what was going to happen when I would show up to work.  I expected I would meet new people and have fun.  It was fast paced and intense which I loved! 
​My people skills became fine tuned, which I am proud of and grateful for.  I grew as a person and as a professional.  I became incredibly adaptable, because of this job I became so incredibly solution oriented.  It was also an amazing playground to play with manifesting powers.  

The first 5 years were AMAZING.  When I lived in Australia I would say that was the best time of my life.  Then when I became a flight attendant, that became the best time of my life.  
Slowly things became less interesting.  The problems became more boring.  It was always the same “type” of person that had particular issues.  Sometimes dealing with the issues was as if on auto pilot.  The hardest part of the job was always difficult crew members.  Which I am so grateful that it was very rare.  The stress was high.  I never did get used to the level of stress.  Then when we were bought by another company, my heart broke.  They were different.  It felt like they wanted to break us - not take what was amazing about us and integrate it.  The company was very micromage oriented, and this increased my stress.  I became resentful, and some negative habits began to creep in.  I didn’t notice it for a while, even when occasionally people would comment on it “sounds like you are done with this job”, I thought that was rude, why would they say that?  
Over time my health began to noticeably deteriorate as well.  I knew it was because of the job: high stress, sleeping horribly, often not sleeping at all, being only in blue light sometimes all of the sunlight hours, not getting any time outdoors or to exercise several days in a row often….  Eating pretty bad, and always at restaurants.  And I was so unhappy with my life when I was home.  I was gone too often to create or invest in what I wanted.  I felt like I was only recovering and then filling in the holes with my friends and family.  While I still had a lot of fun on my layovers.  It was very much a double life, which I enjoyed, but did not like that people at home did not get it.  I quit talking about flying all together.  I didn’t enjoy talking about the challenging moments to people in my “normal life” nor did I enjoy talking about the amazing parts, like staying in 5 star resorts, having a ton of fun with my crew, eating at amazing restaurants, I just felt like a jerk to talk about this so casually.  But this was my life.  All of my flight attendant friends felt the same way.
I began to grow in coaching and personal growth.  I began to see results, this became a big passion.  And yet, I was feeling alienated because of it.  I wanted to talk about deep soul desires, and our shadow aspects.  Other people were like “ahh you just need another drink!”
I was slowly and yet very quickly outgrowing my old life.  Until my health issues became such a big deal that I felt suffocated by my job, and I was just managing…. And then one day I just couldn’t.  I collapsed, luckily at home, but I could not get out of bed.  Now I know, this was my body saying “you are finished.”
I had always seen myself as very healthy, learning and improving my health was always a passion, so this came as a big shock to me.  I did not understand to what depth flying was bad for my health.  And also that I was ready for the next path, the next phase of life.  Although scared.  I wanted to keep flying in my back pocket and evolve as a coach… But I wasn’t really leaping.  Somehow the security of having flying to fall back on was actually a cap instead of a safety net.  Today, March 2, 2022 is the day that I am officially finished.  And I am ready for this new path.
I feel the same as arriving to a new country that I am going to live in for a year.  It's the same feeling, a little nervous, a lot excited, a good amount of overwhelm, along with lots of deep breaths, and baby steps. 
“What is the next step now?”

So world.  I am ready for the next path.  I am ready to shine in a new capacity, and serve in a different way.  I feel the dreams of workshops, seminars, and truly transforming people’s lives so much more palpable than ever before.  And I also feel things that I cannot yet see.  I am excited and I am ready. 
And I also want to reflect that I didn’t see (until now) how my clinging to what I thought was an amazing back up plan was actually a gigantic block.  And now that the block is removed, I feel increased life force, some sadness, and optimism as I close this amazing chapter, and begin to create a new chapter of my life.

I want to share some of the biggest lessons that still stand out to me from flying, as I do believe this line of work is fairly unusual.
​

- For the most part people are good.  People love to help others.  It was very heartwarming to see someone happily switch seats so that a family could sit together, or to jump in to help someone elderly.  This was a beautiful lesson that I am grateful for.  Before flying I thought on the whole people were dumb and didn’t care.  Thankfully I was proved to be wrong.

- When people are jerks, they are being like that to everybody else in their life too.  Can you imagine what it would feel like to have so many people really not like you?  No wonder they are jerks!  I would often say “these people are just having a bad life.”

- You really never know what is going on with the other person. 
I never forgot this man.  He was a boy to me.  He must have been about 19.  He was rude and adding to my stress to meet the company's (unrealistic) expectation of on time door closure.  He had too many bags, I told him I would have to check one, he said “fine!” as he threw them all on the floor.  It was actually in my best interest to keep all of his bags in the plane - to minimize potential issues with him, and to get on time door closure (and avoid reprimand).  I was able to figure it out, I found space for each of his bags.  Then at the end of the flight his seat mate told me what had just happened.  Both of his parents had just died in a car accident over the weekend.  I felt so horrible, this still brings me to tears.  This boy has no idea the lesson he taught me.  You truly do not know what is going on with the other person.  Similar stories to this happened many times over the years.

- A high school boy asked if he could pray for me.  It was the sweetest thing.  At that time, I had recently become interested in learning about Jesus, I was big into manifesting.  And Jesus is still the best manifester that has walked our planet.  And so because of that I understood what a sweet gesture that was.  I was honored.

- The many times of laughing hysterically with my crew members.  

- That I have the ability to be ready in 5 minutes.  I am grateful to know the right hairstyle. 
- Red lipstick is magic.

- How quickly you can manifest. It's AMAZING.

- How having a structured journal practice really increased my happiness and life satisfaction, as I think it would also provide the same for you!  This was so foundational once I started.

- The better you get, the better life gets.
Complaining is an addiction.  While working in such a fast paced high stress environment my crew actually did not want to be around me as much when I committed myself to “the no complaint challenge.”  This is an amazing challenge, it will change your life.  Read the book: A Complaint Free World.

In the vision of my perfect life, I wanted to keep flying as a back up as I pursued my new career, but the universe had other plans for me.  It was painful to let this old dream die.  Finally I was ok with my new path, that I would not have flying as an option anymore.  And truthfully I do not want it in my life in any form (now).  Flying is so incredibly bad for your health.  As I learned intimately, and then as I did research to figure out how to heal my invisible illness, I learned the science behind why.  You can do your research to understand mitochondrial health if you are interested in understanding for yourself, and please reach out to me to get my play list of incredible content each video gave me a new rabbit hole to research as I continued to piece things together.

I had already known for a long time because of channeling, that when you take to long to upgrade the universe is forced to step in, and kick you out from your old / present life.  The universe may do this with health issues, as was the case for me, it might also happen in a series of bad things happening, or lots of things just not working out.  It will usually show up in the way that is most painful to you, as that is the way that you are most likely to pay attention and take action.  Yes it does suck very much to be going through it.  I knew this is what was happening, and I was still struggling, and so attached to my old dream.  So you see just because someone is a coach, does not mean they are an expert at letting go and moving on.  Its hard when its your life.  And I also think this experience has made me a better coach.  Better at holding space, better at working with and allowing of what you are or are not ready for.
Thank you for reading, this post helped me to celebrate, commemorate, and move forward with excitement.  I hope this inspires you to take some leaps when they present themselves.  You do not have to change your life all at once, and sometimes when you take too long to make the change you know you are being called to, life will do what it needs to to squeeze you out of the stuck place.  I know it's uncomfortable, I know when you try too hard to stay in what does not work anymore, it will feel like life sucks.  But the truth is, you are taking too long to make the important upgrade changes that you need to make.  Just as I was.  Ready or not; I am ready now.

Radiance

I have recently gotten into sunrise walks.  I have been learning about how important seeing the sunrise and the sun is, in general for our health and healing, and while I do not succeed every day in seeing the sunrise.  I notice that I usually have a MUCH better day on the days that I do!

One morning I was admiring how gorgeous the sunrise is.  I am very lucky that I have found a gorgeous walk, where I get to see the sparkly rays of the sun on the water.  Its magnificent. 

As I was admiring the sun coming up, I thought, truly the sunrise and sunset are gorgeous NO MATTER where you are in the world, sure being on a mountain top or on the water is extra beautiful, but you can be in the worst neighborhood, and nothing can hide that gorgeous painted sky.  And then I was thinking, the sun always shows up, sometimes its hidden with clouds but it always comes up - the sun is always shining.  That was the perfect metaphor for us people.

How do you shine?
What conditions support you to shine or show up more beautifully?
And what would your life be like if you were shining and gorgeous no matter what was going on in your life, or around you?  What would transform?  (this does not mean being physically beautiful).

We all have our gifs, and so many of us hide them, or allow the clouds (conditions) to cover us up, but we are the most radiant when we show our true gorgeous colors, that paint the life around us,  just as the sky.

Nourishment, Support, Health, Vitality, Radiance!

Where are you on this scale?  Are you simply focusing on nourishment?  Are you ready to receive greater support?  Are you happy with your health, and really more focused on vitality?  Are you so overflowing with vitality that you are radiant?
We can all fluctuate from day to day and even throughout the day.  Even each word has a huge range, and each one of them overlap with each other.  

The right nourishment supports the right system functions in our body, which leads to good health, and even vitality!  When we are thriving with vitality, everyone notices our radiance.

A memory pops up.  I had just signed up for a month promo of Hot Yoga.  I had done hot yoga 4 days in a row.  I would drink three 50 ounce bottles of water within three hours, just to make sure I was fully hydrated before the class.  On the 4th day, you could not contain my radiance.  I was so excited about nothing!  It was amazing!  And then I noticed I was “too” excited and I toned it down.  This class is about getting you comfortable with your new level, don’t tone it down!  This is an example of how our health affects our energy.  

And now the opposite.
I was struggling with fatigue, and nervous about traveling, as very often I needed to take naps.  I got to the final week-long seminar that was a part of this certification.  And immediately, I felt the high vibration of all the ladies, and the permission to be where I’m at.  I had my "hot seat" turn, I was witnessed, and released a lot;  We did 8 hours of this work each day, and my energy was fantastic!

What I have noticed and believe now, is that health and radiance is a bi-directional system.  Yes, what foods we eat, water we drink, how much outside time, and relax time we get affects our health, but our energetic state also affects our health, and our health also affects our energetic state.  I like to focus on raising both up, since they both affect each other.  This series you’ll learn and practice tools to help you turn up your radiance, how to hear what foods, or activities will nourish you the best for that moment, how to receive greater nourishment from the environment around you, and enjoy your new level of vitality.

On a Scale of 1-10...

You know the saying: on a scale of 1-10 how do you feel?
 
For this exercise give a definition of what each number feels like.  Go back and edit your definitions at any time :)
 
This has been incredibly helpful to me, as I continue on my healing journey, as well as my up leveling journey.

How do you feel physically for each number?
How do you feel emotionally at each number?
How do you feel energetically at each number?
What are some common beliefs or thought patterns at each number?

Next Step

Rate as much as you can.  I would strongly encourage you to rate EVERYTHING.  But that is pretty time consuming, so choose to rate the same thing every day, or multiple times a day.  I put a rating in my calendar/journal three times a day, then because I track so much of what I do, it's very easy for me to see if something really affected me for higher or for lower.  If you typically don't record everything, like someone that loves to dissect her life daily ;) Then add a short description of what you did, ate, or thought, with the rating.

Take it higher

This is a part of my higher and higher practice that some of you know.  For the higher and higher practice, choose a specific time of day you will do higher and higher every day.  For 30 minutes to an hour.
 
Then at that time, let's say 10 am (for example), whatever you are already doing, or if you are flexible, even better.  After every single thing you do - 
ask: "how can I raise myself up even just a little bit more?"
 
The goal is to get yourself to a 10 if that's possible.  This does many things.  One it's really fun, two it raises up the overall vibe for your entire day, as well as your average feeling in general.  Naturally this increases your capacity to receive, as well as make you brighter and more attractive to your desires.
 
It's really fun to do together with other people too.  I learned paddle boarding together with friends is like a 15!  I felt full for a week!
 
So say you are at work, but you choose 10 am, then you continue to work.  BUT you do the tasks you have to do, that will take you a little bit higher, this does mean, following intuitive hits.
 
Doing these two in combination, creating your definitions, and practicing higher and higher, will make it crystal clear what really nourishes you, and what needs to be modified.  This is a very good thing, so many of us are operating in our old patterns... that we outgrew a long time ago. 
It's time to step into the new updated you.

New Year, New Clarity, New Energy!

Hello!
With the New Year, we will bring about New Level Clarity, and this will create awesome shifts, propelling you into your New Energy 

This past series of Art of My Presence was so fun, each of us enjoyed our own and each others' up leveling   Many of us enjoyed speaking things into reality

What is up leveling?  I talk about it a lot, I am really passionate to support, facilitate and witness people's up leveling.  Up leveling is when we successfully achieve a new height that not too long ago was very uncomfortable.  It can look any number of ways, including more money, deeper connection with friends and family, ever more fulfillment in romantic relationships, new heights of happiness and a much higher percentage of your day...  It can be measurable and immeasurable.  

Have you ever heard of the "upper limit"?  Gay Hendricks writes about it in "The Big Leap."  Many other coaches also talk about your "set point."  Your set point and your upper limit are basically the same thing, this invisible cap on how much good you are "allowed" or "capable" of experiencing.  It's all unconscious, and these "rules" or "upper limits" we have for ourselves can vary greatly from one topic to the next topic in any area of life.  The way to raise your set point or upper limit, is to consciously and intentionally work with it.  Intentionally getting as close as you can to that cap, and breaking though enough times so that it's your new normal.

It's totally possible to do this on your own, without the help of anyone else.  Go for it!!

BUT it's way easier and faster to raise your set point by working together with someone, and that is one of the things that we do during this class.  Though usually not directly addressed, your set point gets raised during each 5 week series, and many people love the results of up leveling that happens 

This coming series we will be addressing up leveling set points directly, and seeing that it's the new year, we will focus on gaining clarity in several different areas of your life!  With the level of clarity that I will facilitate in you achieving very often a natural byproduct is pretty quick manifestation.

Eat Savory to Increase your Happiness & your Money

Good Morning!  Well its morning at the time of me writing.  I just did a podcast interview with Kat at The Simplified Life, and our topic was 3 simple steps to increase your happiness. I said nothing about food, because it wasn't on my mind in the moment.  But today I decided to cook a keto licisou meal, and felt inspired to share!

SO many different things contribute to our happiness levels.  I am on constant analysis of how I can increase my own "normal" happiness level to even higher.  

I have been very open with having had depression in the past, and what I ate affected my mood.  As I cleaned up my diet more and more, I noticed it was just easier to be happy more often.  NOTE: I used to believe happiness was not natural to who I am as a person, and that I had to work hard to be happy.  It was very frustrating to always feel like I was battling uphill.

Over time what I learned is that toxins in our body literally create a worse mood.  I can feel the difference.  When I drink a lot or eat too much sugar, its a struggle for me to be happy, and I cry very easily. COMPARED to when I eat really well, most likely drank a lot of celery juice or other fresh squeezed juices, and spent a good amount of time out doors...  Lots of water is detoxing, lots of celery juice is detoxing (make sure you are home if you are not used to drinking lots of celery juice), and exercise is detoxing.  Whereas drinking is putting toxins into your body, and sugar is also putting toxins into  your body... 

SO as I was preparing to make breakfast, I asked myself "what will nourish me the most today?"  I meant energetically, emotionally, as well as for my physical health.  Then I ended up feeling inspired to cook salmon, eggs, sunny side up, the rest of the leek I had, and make a parsley sauce.  Its delicious, and VERY filling. Usually when I eat this big of a keto meal I don't feel hungry again until dinner - simply because I don't feel like eating.

This does a ton of things that I love: its easier to feel productive and relaxed, and typically my happiness level is higher.  On top of that, there is something about being full, that makes me spend less money.

SO experiment for yourself: what meals lend you to enjoying higher happiness levels?  What meals lend you to sleeping better?  What meals help you to spend less money?

Salmon, cooked in garlic powder and olive oil
almost a whole stalk of Leeks
an egg sunny side up
a few mushrooms
parsley sauce blended with olive oil and a tiny big of lemon water
all cooked on the stove top, season to taste
More than half of this meal is green

I also want to add, that since I have cut lectins out of my diet, I almost never have headaches, and no more joint pain.  I used to take very high doses of turmeric to make my joint pain go away for the day, and could always tell when I forgot to take my vitamins.  Although eating lectin free makes it hard to eat together with other people, I really love that these chronic things that I just though were part of how my body worked, are gone.  I am used to this way of eating now, and manage just fine when hanging out with others :)

Many many times I have been pleasantly surprised with some incredible and “big” things happening surprisingly quick.  It is possible.  And it is possible for you.  And regardless, wouldn’t you still be proud of yourself for your effort?  I am.   When I stretch I am very proud of myself.  And when those around me stretch, I am super proud of them, and also try to help them!

This year kind of sucked?  What will one month do?  Let's just finish this year already....  
Having a goal with a commitment to move forward on is incredibly re-vitalizing.  I have felt happy and motivated most of covid, BECAUSE of my many goals that I have resolve to putting effort towards.  
I will be sharing some of my frame work with you.  This framework has been crucial in keeping me stable, optimistic, and focused.  Before this framework was a part of my daily life, I would fluctuate quite a bit in my emotions, which would then reflect in my goals achieved.  From feeling hopeless and doomed →  taking no action → no results → more sadness… 
To YEAH, on a high, I can do anything, and taking on WAY too much and burning myself out, →  crash and burn back to hopeless….

I am very much all about the Woo, but also making the practical work FOR you.  So many people go through life doing what they should do and don’t reflect on if what they are doing in the minute things, is actually working for them.

In this group setting you’ll feel the support and inspiration to do everything you can.  And you will learn several different techniques to move forward on your dreams (that are outside the box, and VERY Powerful).  Plus for one month you’ll have a team that is wanting you to win too, as well as moving forward on their dreams just as you are.

We’ll meet weekly on zoom, share our wins, what worked, what didn’t, and be given a new challenge each to launch you much farther forward than working alone.

The weekly classes do compound, but they will also work as a stand alone class.

Celebration of my own Desired Manifestation

Today I'd like to share my recent favorite celebration.

As someone that teaches people how to shift their energy so that they can manifest their desires, people often ask me "What have you manifested?"  And I go blank!  I forget, I am focusing so much on just staying present, and giving as much love as I can during interviews, that I forget my successes.  Why am I so focused on my own presence and holding love? Because that helps other people to reach for something more, even if they don't understand it, AND it helps all people manifest faster :)

Another thing about manifesting.  We can only manifest what we truly desire in our hearts, AND that we also believe is possible for us.  so each one of us manifests quite differently. 

No judging yourself :)

My recent celebration is Elisabeth!  It sounds weird to say that I manifested Elisabeth.  She already existed before I knew her, lol.  Its our partnership, that we both manifested.  That's another thing: manifesting is a co-creation with the universe or the other pieces/people involved.  So if something is not happening "fast enough", it is possible that its not the right time for it, or that it does not want the same exact thing that you want, and so it will show up in a different way.  The acceptance of this truth as a potential of what is going on for you, will help to manifest it faster.

I was REALLY wanting marketing help.  But I really wanted someone that had already taken this course the Art of My Presence, for two reasons, and that they really loved the class.  Elisabeth has taken two of my classes, and she is very impressive with her ability to integrate, up level, and manifest, so its extra fun for me to have her in my class (selfishly :)

My two reasons for wanting someone to help me that had already taken the class and loved it, is I was struggling talking about the class, so I wanted someone that understood what it was through experience, and if they loved the work, it would be fun for them to talk about it, and do the marketing.  Another very important thing to me.

Then along came Elisabeth!  I really liked her personally, and made my offer, and she was excited too!

Now I can relax around marketing, which I really don't like doing.  This is such a giant weight lifted off me, and now I post, reach out to others when I feel like it, and the joy has returned.  Plus Elisabeth is amazing, so talking with her more often, just makes me more happy to have another really cool friend <3

When the subject of manifesting comes up, many people think of money, cool vacations, or luxury items, but that is not always the case.  I encourage you to take one of my classes to see what this work is all about.

Since doing this work, personally what has happened, is kids listen just by me looking at them, dogs always try to get closer to me now, I meet much higher quality men, and overall life just got easier, I get green lights, people offer for me to go in front of them in line, friends or family just happen to bring me something I was needing or really wanting (without me saying anything)...
There is a lot that I love about The Art of My Presence. I love the strengthening and breakthroughs I witness in others, I love it when they share how fast they are manifesting and each week it's "bigger and bigger" things. Heart Break, Apoptosis & the POWER of presence

Hi!

I wanted to share a big insight I just received.  Luke Story is one of my favorite podcasts.  He shares incredible content with incredible living revolutionaries such as in this interview with Lana Bach-Morrow. AMAZING! 

As you can see from visiting my website I teach presence, meditation, and help people achieve new heights of fulfillment and abundance in their lives.  A GIANT component of reaching new heights of both fulfillment and abundance is presence.  But with the sticky or painful emotions so often people do not like to be intensely present to the painful things they are going through.  Its so common to try to feel better when you are down. Often we say "cheer up" or "turn that frown upside down" or any number of things to try to help others feel better.  This is a natural part of humanity.

BUT to truly deeply heal, the person going through the experience usually has to choose to be deeply present with it.  Most people that I have encountered do not like to hear this.  But my own most profound healing experiences have been when I deeply deeply stayed present with the pain.  And then afterwards felt like magic.  And I never felt that level of pain around that subject again.

Presence is a magic transformer, though it takes practice to be able to hold it at all times.  I am still practicing and evolving!

During this interview Lana explains the science behind transformation.  She said one thing that made a lot of things click in my head, and created a new level of appreciation and commitment to holding my own presence.

She said "Heartbreak is actually apoptosis of the cells in the heart"  Apoptosis is the death of cells.  And then I thought about my most powerful meditations, and I thought "oh my god"  I get it.  Now I get it why  presence is so important.  I understood the process of what is happening.  

So if when we experience heartbreak, or any other painful emotion, the cells are breaking, or dying.  If the cells are dying, then at a cellular level we are going though the grief process.  Everybody grieves differently, and you cannot rush grief.  But when you bypass and try to feel better you are cutting off the natural process of grief, and so it gets stuck and stored in our body.  When you are allowing deep presence to what is happening in your body, and you allow IT to complete.  There is completion, there is nothing residual to fester.  Once you have completely healed that part or process, a natural evolution or expansion occurs.  And once the dead cells are completely out, it now has new space for new creation.  Space for new cells to be re-produced.  But when we try to feel better, we are filling up that painful space, the the reality is that it cannot be filled up, because what is dying, is still there.  And thus we interrupt the great --> healing --> creation cycle, and its a little harder to manifest because of the cellular blockages that we do not see.

I believe most of us are trained to not deeply feel what we are experiencing, and instead trained to always seek happiness, always seek a higher state.  Yes, that is awesome, I love feeling happy.  BUT because of how we have been trained by the generation before us, and the generation before them... There is this kind of addiction to feeling great that creates an aversion to feeling less than.  This aversion often shows up in shame for our sad, angry, painful emotions, or even addictions.  Addictions can also include "healthy" things like exercise and learning.  Its this aversion that blocks many of us from truly deeply healing.

It was so fascinating for me to get that pain, emotional and physical, or heartbreak is actually apoptosis of the cells in that area.  And deep presence, allows that grief cycle, that is actually occurring at a cellular level, to profoundly heal, and then allow for expansion and creation.

Expansion and creation is the fun part that most people like.  This is what manifesting is.  The Art of My Presence classes that I teach is a really enjoyable and fun way to change the patterns, and allow those cells that were not permitted to complete the grief cycle to complete and thus manifest!

It takes courage to truly live authentically.  Personally I believe it is a practice, and you come to many tests often.  What gives me strength to hold to that courage, is that I have to be the leader.  If I am not brave enough to live authentically, then how will I inspire others to have the same courage?

I deeply want to live in a world where every single one of us are brutally honest, about our needs, desires, intentions, and most importantly our "why".  You can't just tell someone "you have to be courageous, you have to be authentic",  the only way to get people to choose to live authentically is to show them you are doing it, and they will be ok, because you are ok.  Am I scared? YEP! I run into "tests" or road blocks often, as each one of you will.  BUT when you have the courage to live authentically to the TRUTH of what is inside you, you end up changing the world, each authentic choice at a time.  You break the cycles of co-dependence, you choose your health, you choose your happiness, and that will help everyone, even if some people don't like it at first.

Hello!

This article is for those who are wanting to up level, or patch up the bottom, and feel more happiness.  This article is inspired by my foundational practice that just creates so much stability and increases my happiness levels from the bottom up, so that I have a natural buoyancy. (That's not normal for my past self, I had to work REALLY hard to get to a place of natural happiness.)

I will share my practice at the end.  But first about you.

Do you have something that you do everyday that creates foundational stability for you, and increases your happiness?  For some people its working out, journaling or meditating.  First, get clarity: Do you have that staple?  If its another person, that is a little unstable, because you are depending on someone else.  While that is amazing to have dependable people in our lives, you are outsourcing your foundation, even if they are incredible, loving, healthy people.

This thing, if you do not have it yet, then it should take about 30 minutes to do.  Something that you do every day.  A great way to make something your foundational rock, is to take something you already do everyday and find ways to make it even better.

How can you make your breakfast even better?
How can you make your shower even better?  
How can you make how you get dressed even better?
How can you make time with your kids, friends, partner, other important people even better?
.... 
This is just if you needed ideas :)
It doesn't matter what you pick, it should just be something important to you.

Now I will share my foundational anchor!
I have two, and it take me a lot longer than 30 minutes, but you just need to make it work for you.  I clean, tidy up, take care of, or prepare for the day/week ahead - the first hour of every day.  I love this practice, it puts me in such a better place the rest of the day.  I just feel more relaxed and together, and my day flows better.

My second practice, I journal, but its not typical journaling.  I have 13 goals for 13 different areas of my life, plus I track my period and the moon cycles, as well as my energy levels, its color coded, so each area of life has its own color and then I do typical journaling for the remainder of that page.  I LOVE this practice.  It just makes me happy to look at it, I automatically feel accomplished, and if at any point I get side tracked, don't know what to do next, feel board or directionless, this keeps me balanced and in line.  It does take time to record everything, but its also awesome to have everything recorded.  And I do end up achieving my goals, or sometimes my goals just walk into my life.  I firmly believe that is because I have this amazing practice.

I started this style of journaling May 2020, in the thick of the pandemic.  And it balanced me out, and gave me focus, so I didn't get sucked into the doom and gloom of fear, frustration, gossip, and anger that was floating around in society at a significantly higher concentration than previous years.  I had categories of my life that I needed to touch on!

Before I knew it, I was enjoying a faster rate of wanted manifestations, and now loved my down time.  Once upon a time, I hated down time, I thought it was boring.  Now!  I have my book to read, I have things to think about, parts of me to be present with.

I hope that this inspired you to take a look at your life and create a foundational rock for yourself, that nourishes you, patches up those holes, and raises you to new heights.

Because this frame work has created so much good in my life, I created a year long transformation program, using these foundations that have created awesome transformations in my life.  And soon there will also be a journal that will be available to purchase!

The New Way and Upgrading

Hello!

I just recorded a video and felt inspired to write.  I write significantly better than I speak.  But I hope you enjoy both!

The New Way - What is this?  The earth is going through a significant transformation, and up leveling, or I like to call it upgrading.  When you choose to upgrade it feels wonderful.  This could be choosing to take on a new project, enrolling in school, a new program, working with a coach, or resolving to make some big positive changes in your life.  These are examples of choosing to upgrade, or up level.  And its awesome, there is excited anticipation of how your life will get better, and very often your life does get better.

When you don't choose it... It kind of sucks.  Its the diagnosis that you can't drink anymore, that you are allergic to gluten or dairy, and it puts you out for days, when you try to eat your old favorite food.  Its when you just keep having bad days, it just feels like life is a bully and has chosen you as their favorite victim.  Of course this is not always the case, there could be other things that are going on.  But the point is, when the universe, source, god, whatever higher power you might believe in, says "you have taken too long, and its time for you to upgrade"  It feels awful, and it manifests as something you do not want.

This higher power is not punishing you, rather its trying to get your attention, its trying to get you to make better choices, but you couldn't hear, or didn't see all the more uplifting choices along the way, and so now all it has left is to hit you where it hurts.  It is very much like feeling like the rug is pulled out from under you.  The old version of your life that you liked and were comfortable with, is now painful, ultimately this forces you to choose happier, healthier more supportive and loving choices.  The universe trying to help you, but it only has so many tools.  It cannot manifest as a person and come explain to you, but it can influence things with energy.

People that like manifesting, are the ones influencing the universe.  That is what manifesting is.  But we are in a co-creative universe, and the different energies that we cannot see also have a desire.  Their desire is for expansion or evolution.

Simultaneously, the earth as a whole is upgrading, along with the universe.  What does that mean?  It means that the earth as a body of consciousness is also choosing a higher frequency, just as when we choose better habits.

Here is a metaphor.  You are together with your family, you are about 10-20 including your aunts, uncles & cousins.  You get together every week for a big pot luck, and you always look forward to the amazing cookies your grandma makes and all the different favorite meals that you share and enjoy.  You love this tradition.  And every single person decides that they are going to now fast on that day, and don't eat anything.  But they expected that you also knew, and so nobody said anything, and they all show up.  But nobody has food, nor wants food.  WHAT?  You are hungry, you were so excited.  They are sorry and feel bad, but they also ask you to be respectful of their new change, and to not eat in front of them.  They tell you this change is permanent.  This would be quite painful to go through.  You feel left out, deceived, not considered, hungry, angry for your tradition being ruined, resentful towards the fasting movement....

Now you have a choice, are you going to stay in all of these hurt feelings and also loose your connection with your family?  Or are you going to choose to make fasting also work for you because you know that there are some really great health benefits, and you would be happy if your health also got better?

This is a metaphor for what it is like for the earth to upgrade.  We choose to upgrade also and enjoy the befits that will eventually come, or we feel the discord that is pretty uncomfortable.

Additionally part of this upgrade is that time is speeding up.  Everything changes everything now.  Now its not possible for anyone to tell the future, there can only be likely potentials, and so a part of the up leveling is becoming more intuitive, and even though you may have really solid plans of how things will go, there will be many curve balls, and the end that you might be envisioning, doesn't completely exist, or there may be a massive detour that is required for you to take to get to your end goal.  This detour may make you feel like the end goal isn't going to happen.  And so getting intensely present and feeling the next right step is the way to go instead of your original plan.

The New Way is a way of doing things that is uncomfortable and new to you.  The way you are used to doing things, doesn't work as well as it used to anymore.  This is now true for everyone, because we all share this same amazing Mother Earth..

For me The New Way is coming back to center for ever single next decision and being incredibly conscious about everything I choose to eat, do, wear, speak, listen to...  I have been on this path of conscious evolution for a long time and this is still a bit uncomfortable to me, but it does get easier and better, and brings to you incredible things that you would not have been able to predict.  I hope you enjoy!

I would encourage you to collect a play list of short meditations under 5 minutes, or a journaling practice, that is short and easy to turn to several times a day.  This will be very helpful.

Who doesn't like free stuff!?!

Happy Fall!

We are in October already.  This year has flashed by!

I've just finished teaching the series of Art of My Presence.  It was a very powerful group, the energy was beautiful and these ladies up leveled in one month.

They told me that because of these practices, people were already responding to them immediately.  And I was even able to witness visible increased attention.

One even manifested mid class! 
They had been saying that she wanted increased enrollment for the coming months, AND she received a phone call from an agency requesting for a workshop to be created for them.  Tons of new clients! How about that!

-A past relationship partner reached out for contact, out of nowhere.
-Anxiety decreased, to none during class, and over all outside of class.
-improved boundaries around work and authority, and the partners outwardly enforced a personal boundary set, as if they were a bodyguard, enforcing respect.
-Walking into a shop, and the shop filled with happy people following their entrance, and still completed everything quickly, with no delay.  They told me that was new for them.

This was just in one month.

Art of My Presence 
is a series of energy, presence and embodiment techniques.  Doing these practices changes everything.  It is quantum work.

What happened to me yesterday was:
I wrote down in my journal that I wanted more money in a way that was fun and nourishing.  Then about 30 minutes later, I went for my walk, later than I liked, but I have grown used to this, and believe that source, the universe or God, wanted it to go that way.  I am driving down my hill, and a neighbor that I really like and always see on my walks was walking up.  She had a sling on, I asked what happened, she told me, and then asked if I would like to earn some extra cash.  I said yes!  It was a clear YES, that came out without even thinking.
She told me what she wanted me to do and I was excited, it was things I would be very happy doing, and she is wonderfully sweet.

Days later, we finally chatted, and learned that we had very similar beliefs, and now she is hiring me for energy work!  Even better!

I thanked the universe.  That was some pretty fast manifesting.  This kind of stuff is common for me now.  And it will also become common for you - this Art of My Presence series is a very fun and direct path to your desires.

Better and Better

Hello!

Today's article is inspired by the book I'm currently reading "YOU Are a Badass" by Jen Sincero and a little  conversation I had while flying.  On page 238 Jen Sincero is talking about setting honest goals.  This is something I already do, and what this blog is all about (feeling proud of myself, tehehe).  BUT this book has got me thinking "How can I make my life absolutely amazing?  What can I do in my life to literally spring out of bed?"  I know these questions are a forever work in progress...

BUT I asked the girls I'm working with, "what is something that you could do everyday that would make your life better?"  You never know, they may give me some great ideas or insight :)  One girl said she could purge something from her house every day.  I agreed, I can also do that, and I imagine it would make my life better as well.  The other girl said she could laugh more everyday.  I don't know why, but I grabbed her and started fake laughing, hahaha, it was only a matter of seconds before we both started really laughing.  Both of these girls did give me insight and ideas!  

I too, could also use a little more laughter in my life, even if its fake laughing, and tossing something each day that no longer serves me would leave me physically lighter, ready for whatever new thing may serve me better, even if that just means more space :) and less to clean!

As I continue to evolve, I have bee questioning "The Ego" and my ego. 

I am not an Egoic Person, so I never resonated with the phrase "you have such a big ego."  And yet, I continue to encounter these "problems" of self sabotage, and all of the sudden recognizing that I just un-did what I had been work on for a long time.  And I watch it in everyone else too!  But for the sake of respecting other people's privacy I will only use myself or an un-named person as the example.

None of us are exempt ;)

The Ego is so interesting.  It ultimately serves as our preferences, what we like and don't like, it is the earth suit identity for our higher self.  And somewhere along the way The Ego took over, I believe as a survival coping mechanism, weather our actual life was really threatened or not.  For a long time The Ego running the show really served us, it helped us to define who we are, to establish our sense of self.  And then it just became out of control, but because it was running the show, it became very hard to pin point and identify.

Now I witness A LOT of people operating from The Ego, often in hurtful ways, and if confronted they just get more offensive or defensive.  I call this offensive behavior as a means of self preservation being attacky.  They are "attacking you back"  because in some way you hurt them first.

Other ways The Ego shows up (for all of us) is:
Always being right, See I told you so, knowing more than others, needing to correct others
Defending, or pointing out how you are "better than,,," in any way, to the persons face or not
Comparing, in any way
Planning too much, this will usually show up eventually as exhaustion (I know this one well)
Feeling threatened, judged or judging
Pointing out how you are pious, a truly pious person never needs to tell anyone, or confirmation of how they are pious.
Identifiers or labels, needing to fix other people's problems
Any addiction of any sort... The list is endless  
I think I have been all of these at some point in my life, and many overlapping...

My most recent recognition of how my ego was running the show, and acting in self preservation no matter what detriment it caused to me - was sleeping horrible for weeks.

I have been sleeping awful for several weeks.  Feeling very frustrated and powerless, because I need sleep to heal and feel happy, and be productive.  My energy was completely out of whack because of this.  I was trying all of my tricks that I would do to help myself sleep, and for some reason none of it was working.  

I complained to my coach that the "minute I would lay down my ego would take over and start stressing out for me, even though consciously I knew I did everything I was able to that day."  Feeling deep frustration and rage towards this part of me that felt like it was trying to kill the whole human self of me.

Then last night I put on some positive music with affirmations to help me relax before trying to go to bed and it said:
"Sleep is extremely important because this is the time that the subconscious has to really up level and integrate all of the hard work you have been doing to make yourself better."

And I realized: "Oh my god! My Ego is fighting all of the hard work I am doing, because it doesn't want to die, and I am doing such a good job that the only tool it has to to prevent integration is at night!"

I was thrilled to recognize this,  The awful sleep of the past few weeks was my ego terrified of dying, and doing everything it could for self preservation.  This recognition allowed for instant compassion towards myself.  I don't completely understand yet why The Ego needs to attach death to changing, and I also don't understand why The Ego sees itself as separate from the rest of the human self, but this helps me in being more gentle with myself, and it also helps me to be more understanding of how hard it is for others to change.  While I continue to tell my ego that its not going away, I want it to stay, but that its role in my life is changing, there is still resistance, even for me. 

How does The Ego bulldoze you and what you are wanting in your life? 

How has The Ego convinced you that "that thing" is who you are?  

You are not what you know, you are not any of the things that you identify with, you are not any of the labels good or bad that you think you are.  You are not any of your patterns.  You are not any of your consuming emotions.

You are beautiful, you are love, you are light, you are needed, and you are forever evolving.

The Ego has taken a strong hold of all of us, we can see how this is being played out in society as well.  Its time for us to lovingly put The Ego back in its place.  This does take a lot of work, but you can do it, just as I will keep at it.

The ego in its healthy state tells you what you like and don't like, but there is no attachment, there is no "I will die if I don't do that, have that, be that..."

I encourage you to take some time to notice how The Ego is showing up in your life.  How does The Ego help you?  How does The Ego get in the way of what you are wanting to create in your life?

Honoring Where You Are

Hello!

Before continuing reading, take a few deep breaths. 

​How are you feeling right now?  Where are you with your energy?

So often we do not take stock of where we are at in any given moment.  Our to do list is ever expanding, does it grow on its own?? People need things of us, plus what about our goals??

Today I honored my energy level.  I was about to go out for a walk.  And I thought "I just don't want to."  The success was that I stopped and listened!  I said to myself "ok, what would I like to do" and I heard "yoga."  When I do yoga on the spot like that, I set up blankets outside, and do a yoga video, usually Yoga with Adriene :)

I found a video that felt right and enjoyed delicious yoga outside.  The routine was mostly laying down so I enjoyed doing most of the yoga video with my eyes closed.  I just completed my exercise, and I feel replenished.

I feel replenished because I honored myself, with where I was at!  How often do you check in with yourself and see where you are at through out the day?

How might it influence your day?

I can speak for myself, and I'm betting a lot of you ladies feel similarly.  My energy level fluctuates a lot.  So at any given point in the day, I may not have the energy for what I planned on doing at that time of day.  Yes, I am currently dealing with and healing very serious fatigue, but I know so many other women that complain of the same exact things, or worse, are actually diagnosed with an auto immune condition.

I want to encourage you, to check in with yourself several times through out the day, and see where you are at.  See what would make you feel best.  This is the easiest to do with what you eat, what you do for exercise, and the order of your to do list.  

Just take a minute to breath deeply and see what would make you feel more whole next.  Or fill you up just a little bit more.  My personal goal is to be overflowing, as Lisa Nichols says.  I want my cup to be "so overflowing that I have more than enough to give you from my saucer".

Practice self love, do a 1 minute check in several times through out the day, and honor whatever arises.

Dogs & Energy Work

When you do energy work, or internal work, you are shifting things inside you.  The process can sometimes feel like you are just throwing darts, sometimes it can be very painful, and sometimes its amazing.  BUT the best part about doing the work, is how life just changes for you.

Just to clarify, internal work can include: therapy, shadow work, parts work, energy clearing, working to change your energy patterns, working with the subconscious, working with your triggers...  

To the outside  world, and those around you, the way the world responds to your internal shifts looks like magic.  And often it feels like magic. 

It was last year, that I went to a seminar, and I had a very big aha or shift.  We were also doing a specific exercise of holding our energy a certain way.  I was doing an especially good job of holding my energy that day, maybe because of my big breakthroughs that week.

I have to preface, that before this week, generally dogs, especially little dogs, didn't like me.  I knew it was my energy but I didn't know exactly why, or what I was doing.  I was simply accepting that dogs didn't always like me.

I was doing an especially good job of holding my energy, I went outside for our break, and this dog FREAKED out to get closer to me.  He was very far away, and his owners were very surprised.  They were also going the opposite direction, and he was pulling very hard to get closer to me.  I was the only other person in the vicinity.  I thought it was amazing, I got an immediate confirmation that I was doing a good job!  The owners were annoyed.  They wanted to go.  The dog planted and would not budge!  Pointing his whole body towards me.  I thought it was so sweet! 

That moment made my day.  And every since then dogs always try to get closer to me.  Yesterday, on my hike, this happened again, it was so sweet!  The dog jumped towards me and landed right at my feet so that his body was pressing against my legs.  The owners were impressed, and said I must be a dog person.  I do love dogs, but I am not a dog person - I know these people, some of them are my friends <3

When you do the deep work, that energy work, and internal work is, you unlock things.  You unlock magic in your life, it could be more precious moments like these dogs, or getting the things you really want, nice people just always letting you go in front of them, always getting green lights...

I know internal work is not always fun, but its so important.  When we do the deep work, to be present with those painful parts of us, memories, emotions or sensations, we heal it.  What happens is that some invisible process that was previously running your life, stops, and you call in more love and more magic to your daily experience.  Its amazing!

You too can transform your daily life and breath magic into your life.  Who knows what kind of magic will show up for you, but it will be awesome.  And with commitment, you will continue to expand!

Anger: A VERY Important Emotion

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Lets talk about Rage baby, lets talk about it!
Lol, the puns just can't hold themselves in...

Seriously, lets talk about Anger and Rage, and all the other uncomfortable emotions... That are critically important.

Anger is so so important, and so many of us try to hide it.  Then there are also those that get extremely angry over nothing.  You are in this same camp with us! Sorry.

What is anger?  Fundamentally anger serves as an alarm bell when our boundaries have been crossed.  Something happened that we are actually not ok with, our boundry was crossed.  And maybe we were not aware of the boundry  before the incident, or maybe the other person was not aware of the boundry.  Regardless, a boundry was crossed.  Then anger shows up, and in a healthy situation, we own that we are angry, acknowledge it, go somewhere that is safe, to let it out and process it, then we come back to the person involved, and tell them of the boundry that was crossed.  In a healthy dynamic there would be a genuine desire to understand and be understood, there would be a little back and forth, and eventually there would be a clear solution to honor the boundary.

BUT..... Many many of us, are not that lucky to have people in our lives that truly want to respect our boundaries.  So then what happens?  A boundary gets crossed.  That person tries to stuff it down, because getting angry is "not ok,"  and we tolerate being bulldozed or acting as a door mat, until we create disease in our own bodies, or rage takes over.  And in some unfortunate cases that rage can cause a person to do criminal acts. Then we say "see! that's why anger is not ok."

Do you see the illogic in this?

How about instead, we take responsibility for ourselves.  We own our emotions, especially anger, find ways that work for us to be angry, to express that anger that would not hurt another person or animal, and we learn how to comunicate our boudaries.  And for the other side, we learn how to work with and honnor another persons boundaries.  In many cases, its likely that we will not come to agreement of how to respect a boundary.  Then what?  Its your obligation to respect your own boundaries.  If somebody is not respecting your own personal boundary, then it is your obligation to move away from them, its your obligation, to not allow the situations that are not ok with you, to come into your life.

Now if you are one of those people that wants to use something happening in society, or on television, as something happening to you, you have much more work to do.  I am sorry to say this kind of statement, not knowing at all what kind of state, you the reader might be in.  But taking something that is going on in society, and applying it directly to yourself, is not a personal boundry issue.  That is something very different.  And much shadow work is needed.  BUT!  If you are actually getting angry about it, then that shows you how important that topic is to you, and taking action to bring about the society you do want, is then your obligation.

I continue to use the word "obligation" because so many of us feel powerless to our emotions, when that is not the case at all.  You are never powerless to your emotions.  Your emotions, and very very imporant, they are telling you what you want more of in your life, and what is not ok, and that you want to change.

When anger gets stuffed down more and more, the rage surfaces.  Rage while still imporant, can cause a lot of damage.  These uncomfotable emotions, get stuffed down, because other people feel uncomfortable by your emotions, they don't understand how to handle it, so they tell you to "calm down" which is essentially telling you "don't feel how you feel,"  and then you decide to listen, and you stuff your emotions down to make the other person comfortable.  Its a very very dysfunctional cycle.

Yes, its not ok to last out at other people.  Its not ok to harm other people, but it is imporant to learn how to process and let these emotions out.  Gain the insight that the emotion was trying to deliver, then come back to the people involved and figure out a solution.  This applies to relationship dynamics, not societal dynamics.  When the larger group is involved, its still important to honor your boundaries, but the way to do that might look completely different. 

If there are societal dynamics that make you angry, you can take action, by getting a lwayer if you were wronged according to the law, you can petition, you can speak up in town hall meetings, pta meetings, you can volunteer for an organization that is doing what you believe in, you can move...

But with interpersonal relationships, romantic, friends and family...
Anger arises in response to something that is not ok, to the individual, this could be in response to abuse, crossing of personal boundaries, or even just "trying to get along."

You can only surpress things for so long before it leaks out, this leak could be an out burst, or it could be blinding psychotic rage.  We don't want blinding psychotic rate.  But it does happen.  Rage in general can be very destructive, so hopefully bringing this to light will help some of you process your emotions in a more benefical way to your sefl.

If in this moment you are experiencing rage, stop reading and go exercise, a run or an intese workout will help you balance out so that you can process the emotions.
So if rage or even anger arises, take some kind of physical action.  Do a hard workout, but cheap dishes with the intention of desctuction, go to a shooting range.  Find some way to get it out.

I personally like working out, screaming, punching the pillow and sometimes angry writing works for me.  Once I have calmed down a little bit, I usually meditte to gain clarity or deeply feel it and let the rage burn.  YES it is deeply uncomfortable.

The emotion you are experiencing has a reason and it has insight for you when you are ready.  Once you have calmed down, enough that it is tollerable to sit down either journal or meditate  so that you can gain clarity on the message.
If you know exactly what it is, like that family memenr did that thing that they know pisses you off... write out a plan of action for the next time it happens. Can you talk to them?  If so wait until you can speak calmly without getting triggered.  Try to notice any patterns, does the senario usually happen at a certian time?  Or after certian events?  Are you aware of your triggers?
Create a plan of action for each of your triggers.  If you are able to include others in your plan of action to mitigate your triggers that is wonderful.

Now after processing the anger, and writing or meditating  to gain insight, you can see where your boudaries are and where they were not upheld.  So often we are not aware of what our boundry was, and that is what the anger serves for.  Pick at least one boundary to be a non negotiable.

Here is an example:
I notice that my energy dips around 3 pm.  And a certain person is extra triggering to me at that time.  So, when I see them, I make sure to leave right at 3.  Its not negotiable.  So at 2:30 I start to get ready, because at 3 pm I have to be driving away.

Another important thing is to  identify or seek out a safe person that can be present ith your anger o rage.  This person does not shame you or egg you on.  If you do not have any safe people to be present with your intense emotions try to find a therapist that you can turn to when you need, or see them regularly.

The most important this is to not down play or hide how you feel.  Instead find safe ways to let it out, and then learn how to communicate what happened that was actually not ok with you.  Over time as you learn how to process and be present with your own anger, it will get less intense, and you will know how to honnor what arrises in you.  AND you will also become more comfortale with other people intense emotions, wich will trickle healing through out society.

A very large part of this, is being present and comfortable with what arises.  You learned how to surpress yourself to make somebody else comfortable.  But the result is that it leaks out, in more intesense, damaging and harmful ways.

Once upon a time, I used to get so angry, that  I would break things, like real damage.  I never expressed it to the person that I was actually angry at, and so it built up over time. It would come out in the wrong places, and at the wrong people.  Once I learned how to feel my anger and rage, it got less intense.  Also I learned how to honor myself, and my boundaries, that I was not respecting.  I wasn't respecting my own boundaries, because they didn't like them, and constantly tore them down.  But ultimately its my obligation to hold my own boundaries.  They do not honor my boundaries, because they do not honor their own boundaries, I cannot fault them for that, I must simply be strong, and allow them to hate it.  And over time they have gotten better at respecting my boundaries, and I very rarely feel angry now.  But even when I do, even in the moment, I know there is some important information in there.

"Just Wanted to Say Hi" - The Universe

I am currently editing my interview that I just did with Rebecca Massoud.  You can check out her website at Rebeccamassoud.com, and we talked about the evolution of manifesting, and the different ways abundance shows up... 

I wanted to share the most beautiful thing that happened to me the other day.  To preface, my manifesting journey consciously began, when I was incredibly unhappy, living with my mom in my late 20's, feeling like a failure.  If you are currently living at home with your parents, in no way do I think you are a failure, but that was my self judgement at the time.  I had watched The Secret many years earlier, and so I had been doing work on my beliefs.  But it was actually one day.  I was quite sad, and decided to go to a coffee shop to read.  I had always enjoyed the fantasy of coffee shops, and reading or studying in public, and in the fantasy, I meet interesting people.... That particular day happened to be one of those days.

I sat down in the only chair available, and started to read.  A page into my book, this man starts talking to me.  He perked my interested because right away he started talking about manifesting (something new to me, but a new obsession, because my passions are more like obsessions).  He was telling me all these miracle stories, and how what you believe comes to pass, and then he gave me this book by Nevil Godard, a New Thought Leader, and I have never seen this man again.  He honestly felt like an angel.  That day was the day my conscious manifesting journey began.

SO! The story I want to share with you is what happened two days ago.  Currently where I am at is developing a relationship with God.  I see it as a partnership, and lately I have been asking him to show me signs of his presence.

My day starts with, I ran out of coffee, I am trying to cut down, but the stress of the withdrawal does more damage than not having it, sooo, I enjoy my coffee.  I get out of my car, and I start walking to the store.  Oh Yeah!.... I forgot my mask, so I go back to the car.  I'm looking down, and I see a $100 bill on the floor! (Since becoming conscious of the manifesting I find money on the floor all the time, but not usually $100).  I pick it up, there is nobody around, no cars, so obviously nobody to return it to.  I accept this gift from God/the Universe, and feel grateful.  Then I notice the most precious duck hiding in the bush, that must have been his bed for the night.  He looked scared that I could see him.  I sent the cute duck love, and continued into the store.  I was trying to beat the clock.  I bought my groceries.  Then I decided to pay with the $100.  I felt very grateful to get free groceries.  

Then I start driving home, and at a certain light, very often there are homeless begging for money. I never give money, because I don't want them to spend it on drinking.  But today I did.  I thought the money wasn't mine anyway, so I gave this homeless man a $20.  Part of me now, wishes that I gave him more, he was so incredibly grateful.  He asked me if there was anything I wanted to know or ask him.  I imagine, he was ready to tell me why he was homeless, or what he was going to spend the money on.  I said "no, I just want you to enjoy a good meal and have a good day."  He said thank you, I could feel his heart, and his shame for being who he is.  He said "there has been a lot of displacement lately,"  I agreed and said "I know."  The light turned green, and I went on.

When I got home, I was thinking about how he exuded so much shame, for being who he is.  I cried for how much suffering there is in the world, and in full awareness that God gave me that entire morning.  I was so deeply grateful for the whole thing.  For finding money, for giving it to the man, for feeling his heart....  And for God, saying, "hey, its going to work out, I will always give you the next piece"

Intuitive Guidance

Hello,

I am feeling inspired to share a thing about intuition.  Or following the intuitive impulses.  It doesn't always make sense.  As you come farther along in your journey, you  will get to some bumps in the road, where you listen to the guidance, you follow it, and then it feels like it kind of fell flat.

​This happened to me last night.  I was meditating, and "it" the guidance, said 
"No, don't, be present, let it unravel" then later it said "addiction".  The No, don't was referring to my typical way of meditating.  When I get to something painful, I dig deeper, I look for the message, insight, or deeper meaning.  So it was telling me, not to do that.  Just to be present with.  Just watch, as the fire burns.  Just watch as I allow myself or whatever I think I am to become undone.
Then it said "you have no idea what you are going into, nothing is how you think."  That is in reference to the new energy.  The new energy that I am stepping into, that we all will eventually step into.   Many people are calling this 5D.  So I must let everything, EVERYTHING unravel, fall apart. And be intensely present to it.  Many people think this sounds like excruciating pain.  To many people it will be.  I am ready.  I am excited.

Then it said "addiction."  I took that to mean that I should write an article about addiction.  I felt the flow of "yes,"  so I did.  I wrote a whole article about addiction, how we ALL have some form of addiction, not just the addict. And then the internet stopped working.  And the article ended up not posting.  I write my articles within the platform of the website, saving is not convenient, so I don't usually save.  I did feel that falling flat feeling, of "what the hell?  what was that for?"  But then again, maybe it was for my own healing?  Maybe I have way more to say about addiction than I realize?  I'm not sure in this moment.

I share this, because occasionally you will likely have these moments too, where you follow the guidance.  But the thing is the result is not always experienced right away.  In my case last night, I followed the guidance, and in the moment I did feel that falling flat feeling.  Maybe the dots will connect eventually - they usually do, even though sometimes it can take years.

I share this with you, so that you recognize it when it happens to you too.  Do not think that something went wrong, or that your intuition led you astray.  Sometimes there was something different that you were needing from the situation, spirit can see what you are open to and what you are not open to.  Sometimes things have to be delivered to you though things not working out, because that's the only way you are able to receive.  And sometimes you may not see the full circle of things working out for a few years.  But its not that your intuition was wrong.
